GmaSandie: You can use this in the shower and add some soap to the loofah pad. It also feels great if you have an itch you cant reach, just use it dry.

Sharon E McManus: The loofa section on the back scrubber is very small and the cloth section is too big so when using it it flops all over the place. Very annoying. The small hand scrubber needs more surface area. I was disappointed.
