I use this to sit on at work. The ring under it makes it super stable when people try and kick it out from under me. I have had to air it up once already and it doesn't seem to go flat that fast.

Unless you want to pay $$600+ for a Herman Miller office chair, I highly recommend the use of a yoga ball with stand if you sit for a long period of time and want to improve your posture.

The most difficult set up. Advertised as Anti Burst, until you open the package and the company states it is not Anti Burst. Bait and Switch Advertising. The ring will not inflate properly. The air pump does not function as advertised. And the ball does not sit in the ring it is intended for. The ring is much larger than the ball, so it is NOT STABLE to sit on for persons with balance concerns. This products best attribute… it is a ball my dog can play with. Not worth the money paid. Won’t do it again. I needed it for physical therapy. I am better off going to the dollar store.

Our whole family love this. And I started to feel some relief in my back and tailbone within the first few days. My knees were feeling a bit better to. It really helped to make exercising I bet easier. I love that this product had a lot of different things to offer in one box. Very sick Rubber and it also came with extra plugs which was helpful. Just a little hard to get the arm ropes to stay in place sometimes, but still super great to have.

I work from home and sit at the computer a lot. I read the reviews and thought I'd try this 'chair' to help with posture and back pain. IT WORKS. I haven't had lower back pain since I started using the ball with the base as a chair. The resistance bands are an extra bonus that I can use in between calls or just when taking a break from the computer. I've had it for over a month now I believe and it's held up very well. I would definitely recommend.
