Ewbank Multi-Surface Floor Cleaner: Cleans, Scrubs, Polishes, and Reduces Dust

JR.: ...A disappointment. Very light duty. Might work well if there is a very small amount of dirt/dust to mop or scrub. Maybe. Could be okay for buffing or spreading liquid wax. But for cleaning? Leave that to the serious cleaners/mops/scrubbers/buffers. This one is just not up to the task of everyday cleaning, much less anything that needs some real attention. I wish I had not bought it. Caveat emptor - be sure you know what this will do before plopping down your money.

Guess who ?: Recieved today and it works excellent on tile floors!! Eliminates stains on floors easily. Glad we came across this item on Amazon! It is compact, easy to assemble and very easy to use. The level of sound generated during use is appropriate for it's size and for the results produced. Last but not least, this item looks good, it is not cheap looking. Seems to be a very good investment!

Mom: We just moved into the new house and soon as our kids took their shoes, socks off and then started to run around their feet were extremely dirty gray. When I wiped around it on the kitchen floor it was just everywhere and still didn't come off good.

So, I found this product and used it. After I wiped off that dirty soap I no longer had to get down to scrub the floor anymore. I did check with a Kitchen papers and it was white still and our children has no dirty feet anymore!!!

It was very simple to use just move down the bar and it will run. You can choose to use with one hand or two hands.

Super light weighted and very fast moving brushes to get rid of the dirt or stains of the floor. I don't know if I can use this for the carpet and not going to.

One thing that I was kind a not happy was that I can't get to any edges with it. So, I had to use my hands to Clean every corners and sides. But it will clean 99% of my Kitchen floor so I'm still very happy!!! Thank you!!!

Littlehawk: I found that the machine worked quite well, the motors and all. There are only two criticisms I have, but I solved each. 1. the scouring pads were not suitable for really removing grime, so I made my own from tough and gritty Scotch Brite pads purchased at a local supermarket and I used the pads that came with the product as a pattern to cut accurately. Also, I found that the on/off control of levering the handle was a bit awkward to turn off by trying to snap the handle back up into the 90 degree, shut off position. So, I simply mounted a toggle switch that I spliced it into the power cord. Now I can easily turn off the machine when done and then afterwards snap it more easily back into the upright position.

Joann Gary: This item isn’t worth your time & effort. It will do more harm than good. I really tried to give this item a chance. It failed at every task. First, it’s not strong enough to strip up wax. It barely can clean your floors. The buffing feature is a total joke. I ended up doing the job, the old fashion way.
