ValleyYellowDog: These socks compare favorably with similar ones costing much more. They go on easily, are comfortable, and fit as described. I have not worn them enough to judge durability, but they show no signs of pilling or unraveling. Will buy more as needed!

Aleksander Ignatow: I have been wearing compression socks for about 10 years. While these are pricier than some of the other compression socks on Amazon, they are better than the cheaper ones. All round, they fit well, are easy to put on with a sock puller, and they truly are comfortable and help blood circulation in the legs. A very well designed product. For comparison, I also bought a pair of cheaper compression socks off Amazon, but I had to return them as they were much too stretchy, and very difficult to put on and take off.

Big Jim: They are too small for the Large. Toes are too tight too.

Joe the scholar:
When my doctor recommended compression sox for venous insufficiency I bought the Sigvaris brand for about $75. They said at the store the sox are effective for about 6 months because the elasticity starts to go.
They really felt good and I felt more energy and the swelling started to subside. After about 6 months one started to tear, the other got a hole in the toe. I threw them away, the swelling came back, and it was difficult to reorder them. The local store where I bought them was out, but on Amazon I bought EvoNation as an alternative for about $25. These were sturdier and worked even better. In fact, after they wore out in about 8 months later, I stopped wearing them. I found the swelling did not come back even after 6 months. I finally got Sigvaris on line but they did not last as long as the previous Sigvaris and were not as effective as EvoNation. So, I am back to EvoNation: much better at 1/3rd the cost. Also, EvoNation has a really helpful diagram on how to put them on. Hope that helps.
I see now there are many brands of compression sox in many styles and colors - and some much cheaper. I may try one of these. But for now, I am really pleased...

JACK:
These stockings fit well and are not too difficult to put on and remove. They definitely help the swelling in my feet, ankles and lower leg. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5, they a lot of snag threads and loose threads after a few weeks of wear.
New comment after two months of wear. Pros: price, comfort, fairly easy to put on and take off, variety of colors, size as described.
Cons: snag and run easily leading to holes, and consequently a shorter use life. Much more prone to these problems than Jobst.
