Great value. EVL is my first source of creatine so I have nothing to compare it to. But it works. Mixed 1 jar of this with their blue Recover and saw Great results. Felt great. Will continue buying since it's the cheapest stuff on amazon. It's a good combo if you're not into all the caffeine and stimulants. Just supplements.

This creatine is very good. I went up in weight at the gym. Feel very strong. You have to give it at least 2 weeks to feel or notice the difference. No need to load this stuff. Just take 5 grams daily. If you half it up it works better. 2.5 for the gym. 2.5 before bed. Drink enough water throughout the day. At least half gallon. Would buy again but I found a similar creatine for same price but you get so much more.

I've been using this for a couple weeks now and I'm very happy overall with the results in my performance with this brand of creatine, especially for the price. I have definitely noticed an increase in my muscle stamina when I weightlift, I've been having longer sessions and being productive, takes longer for fatigue to set in. I already notice a slight increase in the weight I am able to do on various things such as deadlifts, leg presses, etc. The only complaint I have is even when you used more water than the instructions say and shake it in a blender bottle really good, it still doesn't get rid of the grittyness of it. It isn't the best at dissolving. There is a slight taste but not much, it isn't that deterring. It may be optimal adding it to something flavored however personally I just keep it in my gym bag and mix it in water to have after my weightlifting session. I'm not always ready for a protein shake or something like that immediately after a session. But again due to the price; I would definitely buy it again.

This stuff i pretty much tasteless so i just put it under my tongue and try to wash it down with something. After a few days of taking this, it will have time to get fully into your muscles and begin to work. It will help you push through plateau easily. I got several compliments from people who see me routinely that i looked like i had gotten bigger. It just added an overall fullness look to my body. I was powering though workouts and reps more easily. I really like this stuff.
