Sigrid Undset: I found instructions online; they should be included in the box. What is super frustrating is that there is absolutely no freaking way to install the diaper/wipe storage bag to the crib/bassinet!!! I looked and looked, watched YouTube videos... There are two very short (2") velcro straps on either side of the bag... and nowhere to attach them!!!

The bag needs to be on the side of the changing pad, but that is absolutely impossible. You need to place this next to a table so you have a place for the diapers and wipes. Did the designers forget how quick you have to be with those wipes?? No time to go searching or to have wipes out of reach! Gotta clean that butt and get a fresh diaper on asap!

So WHY INCLUDE THE BAG????? As a stand-alone bag it's not even that serviceable. The carry strap, if that's what it is, isn't long enough to put on your shoulder, and when you're dealing with an infant your hands are full.

This product might deserve a higher rating, but I'm just so frustrated by the diaper/wipe bag that I want to give it no stars at all.

B Hulick: We got this for a granddaughter who is three months old and has outgrown the bassinet she was sleeping in as a newborn at our house. As she will be spending the night with us every so often we wanted something she could sleep in as well as something she could spend time playing in and this seemed to fit those needs.
We got the playard in Poppy.
When you get it out of the box there are no instructions on how to put it together. We went online and found some on Youtube. After you know what you are doing and what parts go where the process is pretty simple though there are more steps than with other playards. This is a good thing as the steps start to show you the quality of this item. So, don't go looking for an instruction manual as there isn't one. At least not with ours.
As we are using this for a baby who is almost four months old we were happy to find that they bassinette part not only has rods to keep it sturdy it also zips to the play yard itself; that means there are no gaps between the bassinet part and the side of the play yard. It also velcros in various places to the play yard.
The storage organizer is well sized and holds many diapers as well as the baby...

Charles: With 7 kids, we've owned a few of these sorts of packable playpens over the years, and with a new grandbaby bought one for when we watch her.

We didn't want to get a dedicated changing table just to use for a few short months, so we liked the idea of this unit with the changing platform and bassinett level to it as well. There are a few challenges with this unit that you might not have with more expensive models, but overall it's a fine pack and play that should serve us for a long time.

The first thing to know about is the instruction booklet is packaged in a pocket on one side of the outside cover, which is also the mattress pad. That's not a problem unless you are open the box and fail to notice it and start flying blind. I like the fact that there's the pocket for keeping the manual, but there is no notice on the box that it's there, so unless you unbox the unit with that side facing you, there's a good chance you're going to miss it, especially if you take a 'well, I've done this before' mentality.

Settin up the playpen isn't rocket science, but if you've never owned one before, pay very close attention to the fact that you do NOT want to lock in the...

Amazon Customer: This is a really cute playard. Has all the bells and whistles that you need. My only complaint is that the "mattress" is AWFUL. It is pretty much cardboard. You will definitely need to buy a mattress for this. However, DO NOT buy the one that amazon recommends! The dream on me does NOT fit this playard. It is WAY too small. Side note: I read some other reviews that instructions did not come with this, well, they do. They are hidden under the mattress in a slot! Other than having to buy a mattress, I really think this is a great buy. The spearmint one is cute!

Brent Japp: We were going to be traveling with our nearly 3 month old, and decided we needed a portable playpen/sleeping area for him. After checking various stores we quickly came to the conclusion that these things seem quite over priced. This one fit all of our needs, compact, has a changing table (rated to 25lbs), the upper level sleeping area, as well as a full playpen.

My only complaints about this would be that the side storage area is held on by velcro straps that I found hard to feed through, and caused me concern that they would not be able to hold too much weight. Also the upper area didn't feel that strong and is only rated to 15lbs which makes it unusable for us within weeks as our baby is nearing that weight but this appears to be an industry standard in all playpens with an upper area.

Overall I would highly recommend this playpen after our first weekend use of it.
