JoshJosh: Upgraded the handlebars on my ebike to butterfly bars, so needed some tape to pad them.

Bought this tape because of the price.

The tape was easy to apply, stuck nightly, and is soft.

The tape remains attached without any signs of coming lose even after 3 months, thousands of miles, and several rain storms. I'm very pleased with this tape, and will be sticking with it for now on.

Zef: This is inexpensive but good foam bar tape. The adhesive back is adequate to keep the tape in place but not agressive to leave behind a nasty film or tear if the tape needs to be unwound and repositioned as it is applied. There was adequate tape to properly wrap a size 44 road bar. This tape provides decent padding and good grip even when sweating in the heat of Houston Texas. When applying, the tape stretches adequately BUT one needs to take care with this tape AS WITH ALL FOAM and CORK bar tape, that it not be over-stretched as it will tear just like all the others. The real nice thing is the price, so if you don't have experience wrapping bars or just have not developed a feel for the correct amount of stretch, buying an extra set won't kill your wallet....if you rip it during application you won't have to worry, and if you don't, then just save it for when you need/want to rewrap in the future.
My only other recommendation is to not get the white...like any white bar tape, it gets dirtly quickly, but cleaning this tapes white version makes it kind of a nasty grey color....Any other color will work out perfect...only get white if you don't plan on riding...

Jason: I really like this handlebar tape. For the price you cant go wrong.
Pros
- Very comfortable
- Strong/durable
- Visually appealing
- Very sticky 3M (wont have to worry about it moving)
Cons
- Finishing tape was a tad short for my liking, it comes with enough but i would like to see 1-2 more inches

C.T.M.C.T.M.: This tape isn't Cinelli, Deda, or Fi'zi:k, but it's not supposed to be. This is most certainly a budget tape that's meant to get the job done in the most boring way possible. Would I use this on my main racing bikes? Absolutely not. However, it's perfectly fine tape for my rain and gravel bikes.

Several people have complained that the tape breaks either while wrapping or after a short period of use. I've also seen people complain that the 3M backing to the underside of the tape is hard to get off. Finally, I've also seen people complain that you don't get two separate small strips of tape to place behind your levers. So:

1. If you break this tape, it's because you're wrapping it absurdly tight. This tape is very stretchy and flexible, there's no way you should break it.

2. The 3M backing is a little bit of a pita to get off but only so in terms of it tends to break off from itself and you need to get it started again. It's not hard to remove and the sticky backing underneath the backing absolutely does NOT want to come off with the backing as I saw one person say.
