Purchase date: October 15th, 2021 Broke: January 25, 2022. Only used in indoor on an indoor / outdoor carpet in my front room. Base snapped, after motor seized and smelled of burnt plastic!!! Was told I'd only get a refund if returned boxed at my cost and travel time, via ups or an Amazon hub! Unacceptable. Don't waste your money on this product.

Upright works efficiently on hardwood floors and gets pet hair and threads out of carpet easily. Smaller head makes it easy to get around furniture. Accessories and extremely lightweight canister are great for baseboards, wall/ceiling corners, tapestries, and curtains. Love the bagless canister and the washable filters. Don't be fooled by the lower price; this is a very good machine.
