Amz435432: I am really pleased with this purchase.
The only slight frustration is not being able to track my weight in Stones and Ounces.
Pros:
- really simple to use
- looks good
- works well
- connects quickly to the app
- great app - allows all family members to have a profile and updates the correct profile
Cons:
- app doesn't show the units I want
I would happily recommend these scales.

Amazon Customer: I like that this scale is easy to set up, use, and track via the Eufylife app. There are measurements for muscle mass, BMI, bone mass, water mass etc. You can set reminders on the app and the app tracks every time you weigh yourself.

mantle5: This is the 3rd smart scale I've tried and it's lasted years (the others quickly stopped connecting to the mobile app). As the mobile app is running before waking up the scales, the connection is reliable (was a little flaky at first until the app was updated. I use it most days and the batteries last around a year. It would be better with USB but it's not a big bother.

Client d'Amazon: J'utilise cette balance depuis 5 mois, elle fait le bien travail, mais je trouve la consommation des piles vraiment excessive, je remplace mes piles tous les mois . Originally I gave the unit 1 star because the unit that I received was obviously used and no attempt was made to clean the device (I'm actually happy it wasn't with all that is going on) before it was shipped to me. I left the above review which was pretty short and straight to the point as I refused to even try to use the device.
Eufy quickly contacted me and advised that since the scale ships from an Amazon warehouse they unfortunately had no control over the inventory, and checking the quality of returns. While understandable I advised this was not something the customer should have to deal with, and at the end of the day it's a product sold by them so they should be responsible. They agreed, and said they would ship another unit out to me and offered a slight discount which I was fine with accepting.
On to the product. The scale works exactly as advertised. I came from a Fitbit Aria (version 1 I believe) which after the last update had issues connecting to my wifi, and generally was not powering on like it should. The WiFi issue swayed me towards a less connected...

UPDATE: EUFY replied promptly and offered to replace my scale for free. Unfortunately this happened right at the time of the lockdowns for the coronavirus, and the shipment came out through the US Postal Service. This created more than a month of frustration due to the awful local postal carrier we have. Before I could get to the main post office (not anywhere near where I live), the replacement scale had been sent back. But EUFY was great to resend the replacement. I finally was able to get it (despite more frustration with my postal carrier). I upgraded my rating to four stars. I understand the limitations of the scale and don't expect scientific body fat or hydration numbers. It's a digital scale. It's not a scientific lab. And for the price, it's just fine. It's accurate, consistent and easy to use. The app integrates easily with my Health app on my iPhone which is important to me. I would have given 5 stars if EUFY had the ability to ship other than through the US Postal Service. I understand that Amazon determines that based on inventory on hand. But...
