TatumE: I exclusively pump, and these have saved my nipples! They’re lightweight and comfortable. I sleep with them on sometimes because I forget they’re there! If you’re nursing/pumping, you need these!

Britni Linn: The very first time I used these after 24 hours of nursing the simple fact they were cold was heaven. I dried myself out accidentally by being open to air for one night and these had me all fixed up within 3 hours of wear. They provide comfort by keeping you from rubbing the inside of your bra and maintaining moisture. Worth every penny. The silicone covers do leave a red ring when they come off so they are reserved for being in public. The caps themselves can hardly be seen under my padded nursing bra. (38C)

Caroline: These definitely made the first 1-2 months more tolerable, but weren’t a cure to the sensitivity/pain . They also catch a little let down so they save your shirt from milk stains. Not sure they prevent mastitis but they do help with discomfort when wearing clothing because they act as a barrier. I never had cracking or dryness… not sure if it was these or using olive oil or possibly a combination.

Daniela: These things were a life saver, i had realy sensitive and soared nipples after giving birth and these allowed me to put a shield between them and my clothes so they wouldn’t stick to it (yikes) and i was able to use my nipple cream and let it do its thing.
One thing i would recommend to everyone unless you’re extremely petite is get the big ones, I’m not super big and my nipples are small after giving birth - around 18mm - so these cover them but sometimes mark my aureolas, i think i would have done better if i sized up specially if you use at all times even sleeping like i do

Christine: Baby was born with tongue tie and it absolutely destroyed my nips. I’ve been using them from day 1 and they helped with recovery as the balm was not just absorbed by the breast pads and there was no rubbing against clothes etc while not breastfeeding. The breast pads also didn’t soak as quickly. They are small for me and couldn’t deal with exchanging but they’re still great!

Ayesha: At first, I thought it was quite expensive for what it was, but it is imperative for postpartum mamas. Light and comfortable, I would put these on before and after every feed/pump session which promoted effective healing as any milk leakage would collect in the cups to soothe and heal the skin. Also helped so much with itching.
So glad I read the reviews and purchased these. Simple, yet so effective. I will probably purchase again in the future to gift any future mamas.

Krizia Dixon: If your breastfeeding these are a must!
They have helped heal my nipples from trauma and mastitis. Obvs antibiotics, but these little silver godsend are well worth the money. Comfortable and stop your nipples from rubbing and getting stuck to bra when cracked and bleeding. They don't get stuck, very easy to put on and take off unlike plasters and they sit perfectly inside a bra with nursery pads in front.

Ashley W.: I have always had sensitive nipples and abandoned breast feeding with my first son for this reason. A friend recommended these and I genuinely believe they are the sole item that got me through the early cluster feeds. I did t have these shields on day one and two and my nipples were already scanned and bleeding. When I finally started using these shield the scabs just came away gently and my nipples have been flawless. I actually really like the fact that they catch early let down milk, stop fabric sticking to you and protect the shape of the nipple.
Only negative is the size. I think I may have been better off with XL as the shield edge can press into your skin inside a bra, under a baby carrier. It’s not a massive issue though.

Jasmine S.: I don’t know why I didn’t get these sooner! My son has tongue tie and my nipples can get really sore and cracked after a feeding. Before I was using coconut oil for some relief but then I tried these. My Midwife told me about them and I decided to just get some because I was desperate.
After the first use of these silverettes my nipples were healing almost instantly. I honestly couldn’t believe it. It really helped to express a little breast milk before putting them on for better results.
If your breastfeeding or planning on breastfeeding, these are an essential!
