Debra S.: Really nice telescope! I have seen Jupiter and her 4 moons, I'm not sure since I'm a beginner, but I think I've seen Venus and Saturn too & obviously have checked out the moon loads of times. The one problem I have is when I try to use the 3X Barlow Lens or the 6MM Lens I can't ever find the stars I'm looking at with the naked eye. Also the telescope is very stiff and the directional handle is very hard to move and put the telescope in the correct position. I wish I had bought the model with the bag as I'm having a hard time transporting the telescope back and forth, inside and out. The tech support is fantastic and they are very willing to talk to you about any questions you might have and to solve any problems you might have.

Melissa Scheeler: I bought this for my husband for Christmas, he's partially blind but loves looking at the moon phases. Unfortunately he has not been able to do this because I can't understand the direction's well enough. Big loss of money on that 1.
