Zachary HullZachary Hull: UPDATE: I contacted the seller and informed them about the situation. This sent a new device and I am using it now. Due to the seller replacing the manufacturing defect, I improved the rating from one star to four. I hope the new USB holds up better than the old one.

=================================================

I purchased this mouse in Jan 2023. I am writing this review in June 2023. I was removing the USB from the computer hub and it crumbled and left the USB connector sleeve in the hub. I've contacted the seller and am looking forward to a response. I've used USB technologies for a long time - never has a USB connector fell to pieces while removing it from a port.

I love the mouse, but it isn't useful without a functioning USB. I'm leaving a one star review until this is resolved.

practical badgerpractical badger: I just got into trying these vertical mouse. DELUX small is pretty light, slides well, quiet!! and pretty precise and smooth for my small hand. This NEWTRAL is is more flat but at maybe 30 some degrees vertical. It's slightly large but I am very comfortable with it. Love how thumb dips in deep but this is not the quietest but not so 'clicky' loud though. The other vertical ones either hurt my wrist or very awkward. This NEWTRAL mouse carries a good amount of weight and it's nice. I wear close to small-to-medium small fitted gloves if that comparison can give you some idea about how comfortable this mouse can be in your hand. I love resting my palm on this mouse maybe slightly too round curvy and the wrist is painless as I move the mouse but can feel heavy to some if you are used to a lighter mouse like SANWA's pictured here. These (see photos) are my five affordable mouse and I like how they move on the screen. I want to say that NEWTRAL moves with nice precision and maybe it's because of the extra weight. With DELUX, I have to move with intent to be precise with it to the smallest icon I want to click. Some other mice (not pictured here) I had to try it for a week or longer just...

Benjamin: First off, the shape of this mouse with the little finger rest is almost the perfect shape. It's better than the $100 Logitech MX Master 3, and better than either the Anker or Kensington vertical mice, all of which I've tried over the last week in actual work usage. If you hold your hand out in front of you, where your fingers naturally rest is exactly the shape of the mouse. When I rest my hand on it, it feels like every muscle in my hand relaxes. The buttons are exactly where I want them, the mouse wheel is easily reachable, and while it's not the MOST premium feeling device, it feels well built for the price.
It felt so great in the hand that I couldn't wait to try it out at work... And then I actually tried to use it and two things immediately stand out. First, the finger rest is attached by putting a little tab into a notch on the bottom of the mouse, and then there are magnets inside the rest that are attracted to the mouse. In general use, this works fine. The magnets are strong enough that the rest stays where it belongs when sliding the mouse around. That is, until you do anything other than slide it around a perfectly flat surface. When that happens, the flimsy nature...
