Retired and keeping busy: Very strong and fits the tool belt, neither one of which I really needed, but I can find use for them both. This does an admirable job although the cell phone holder will only handle the flip phone I gave up approximately 12 years ago. I'm sure I can find another use for the holder.
the rings are great to attach carbiners or quick links to hold other stuff and you can never have enough stuff with a tool belt (or suspenders holding the tool belt).

Amazon Customer: They're very comfortable and easily adjusted. The pocket on the left should strap is too small to hold anything at all which is why I gave this 4 stars instead of 5.

Update: I bought these in September on 2017. In August of 2018 the metal hook that attaches to my belt on the left shoulder wore down so much that it actually fell out. Update #2: I have now had each hook fall out of the strap attachment due to it wearing down. I am now looking for a replacement setup altogether.

William P. Carlucci: I am not a contractor. I am a Boy Scout volunteer with far too many tools. I have owned a leather tool belt for many years but never use it because it is too clumsy to wear when loaded down with tools. I also own a web tool belt so I decided to try this thing. It makes all the difference in the world. Now the whole belt suspender and tool accessories combination fits well enough to be comfortable and therefore useful.

edward zarzycki: These suspenders are made well, except for the actual hooks. They start getting a groove in them fairly quickly, and then the hooks start to bend and loosen. I just purchased two pairs for spares because after the original set that came with the tool bag I got another set to replace the bent hooks and that pair didn't last long before the hook started to pull out of the suspenders. Aside from that nice and wide at the neck and the gel pads are pretty nice.

Rich: Suspenders are comfortable and are a huge help in dispersing the weight of my tool belt. I am 6'2" and these suspenders have enough adjustment room so that my tool belt still rests at my hips and the suspenders do their job as well. Padding is comfy on the shoulders, and cell phone pocket is nice for pencils/markers (it will fit a flip-phone, but it will not hold an iPhone/Andriod touch screen smartphone).

Pros
Arsenal is known for their near perfect quality. The metal is strong and sturdy. Suspender hooks are rock solid, Buckle is rock solid. Construction is rock solid. The belt sits atop of a padded under-belt that straps firm with Velcro. The Arsenal 5560 Padded Tool Belt Suspenders are the main reason I bought this combo. The suspenders are yoke type suspenders and are heavily padded. Yoke type suspenders connect the left suspender and right suspender just below the neck on the back. That means a left suspender or right suspender wont fall off your shoulder when you're working. This will drive your nuts when your on a 14 ft ladder and your suspenders are following off. In fact you can even leave your belt unbuckled and the yoke suspenders will still stay on your shoulders.

Cons,
None. But.... Custom leather craft has an innovation that I think Arsenal should really consider copying. Tool belts hold took bags. Suspenders hold belts up. What we really need is suspenders that...
