Era Organics Nipple Cream: Soothing Relief for Breastfeeding Mothers

Shannon L.: I looked up various nipple creams and butters because I’ve been struggling. I was just using coconut oil until my doctor prescribed me an ointment which I could only use for 10 days. After the 10 days I started having the same issues I was before with soreness and pain and I even had to deal with a friction blister. This balm works so well and I notice a huge difference between using it and the coconut oil. I was drawn in because it claims to help reduce inflammation which I think it does. It has a gritty texture when initially applied but goes on smoothly and helps with soreness. I love using this balm between feedings and pumping sessions. It is a bit greasy but that doesn’t bother me because I use disposable pads. The smell is a bit odd, pretty earthy, but that’s to be expected from all natural ingredients without additives. Definitely adding to my list of necessary products for breastfeeding and pumping.

Monica Gonzalez: Upon arrival the jar must of exploded because of the heat because the package was super oily. I was bummed because I was in desperate need of it. By hey did replaced it ASAP. The second package was still oily when I opened it but the jar was in tack and sealed well. The cream is a little grainy but smells good. It doesn’t have a gold lid like the picture. It’s all white and a good size. Overall happy with the service and product.

W. Geller: This balm saved me when I first started breastfeeding. We were struggling with a bad latch on one side and having this balm kept my skin in good condition to recover as my son's latch improved. I also used it on his cradle cap after a shampoo and it did an excellent job of helping to clear that up. I've recommended it to friends and will be buying it again. You do have to soften some of the lumps at times with your fingers but no big deal for how well this stuff works. I figure it's probably due to the shea butter content and that's a good thing as far as I'm concerned.

MattieB: My wife is 8+ months into nursing mainly pumps, only recently began to have issues with clogged ducts, mastitis chapped nipples, pumping blood filled bottles 2-3x now this far into nursing. Started using this cream to help heal the chapped nipples / milk blisters. She applies this daily after the last bottle is pumped after showering right before bed, has seen a major improvement, more comfort while pumping. It's important to prevent chapped nipples but what most people don't know is that more issues will follow from over moisturizing.

This product smells very well, easily apply the amount you need without wasting, (nursed after using ** My son refused to latch possibly was unfamiliar with the taste? but latched much later with the cream still on, NO RASHES or allergic reactions)

Very HAPPY with with purchase, great for moms who are looking for comfort/healing.

Simone K: Die Creme ist zwar vorerst etwas,, bröckelig,, beim auftragen, lässt sich dann aber gut verteilen und wirkt sehr angenehm auf der gereizten Brustwarze (vom stillen). Würde und werde sie höchstwahrscheinlich wieder bestellen.

Lorna Cheung: Been using this less than a week, prepping my nipples before breath feeding commences! Haha. So far it has a mild body butter type scent, a really hard consistency initially which softens and melts so easily with touch. I can't obviously comment on its effectiveness to treat/soothe nipples during breast feeding yet but hopefully will update later.
Having now been using the cream on my raw nipples I feel it's pretty effective and gentle. The scent does not cause any irritation or nipping as you may think with raw flesh. I've had several scabs and gardening and this has helped soothe and soften them again. The tub will last ages so it's a really great investment I feel.

Amazon Kunde: Ich benutze diese Creme nun seit 3 Tage für meine Brust, da diese durchs Stillen ziemlich beansprucht wurde und bereits richtig schmerzte. Meine Brust fühlt sich bereits viel besser an und ist nicht mehr offen oder entzunden. Man muss dazu sagen dass ich seit der Geburt meines Kindes vor 6 Wochen täglich eine Lanolincreme benutzt habe, diese jedoch nichts für mich getan hat außer meine T-Shirts einzusauen.
Ich werde diese Creme jedenfalls wieder kaufen! Top!

Lois RobinsonLois Robinson: Unlike traditional lanolin based balms this is much lighter and more easily absorbed into the skin and doesn’t leave much residue. I normally use this in the eveings in between cluster feeds as using lanolin at this time is too thick. It smells nice, and melts at body temperature so it Is very easy to apply and doesn’t get stuck under your nails like other creams, and doesn’t feel greasy.
This hasn’t affected our feeding in any way, so no complaints from baby to report!
All in all does what is says in the tin- is soothing and moisturising. I would also get a lanolin based cream for daytime use for more intense moisture and healing.

C. S Cruz: Very good product. It helped relieved the discomfort, and definitely improved the smoothness of my skin. When baby feeds and latched on my nipples, it's not as painful as it used to be before i used this product. So highly recommended.
