BrandonBrandon: If you need a product to remove that annoying Ear Wax that makes it hard to sleep, muffles your hearing and itches your ears then look no further! This product is amazing. I use it every couple of months because my ears get so filled with Ear Wax it starts to get really annoying and hard to sleep, muffles sounds and all that, but using this cleans my ears right out! Not even a slither of wax left after. It’s so easy to use and so cheap that you get your value from it. I have tried other products such as the Camera Ear Pick and it helps but doesn’t quite do the job right. This product has been a life saver, I used to go to hospitals to get the wax removed and now I never have to waste that time anymore. GET THIS PRODUCT!

Desire' Klingensmith: Okay, I almost passed on buying this because of the one star reviews that said it didn't work / hurt. It didn't hurt AT ALL, and my hearing is the BEST it's been in MY WHOLE LIFE now that my ears aren't impacted anymore. Here's some tips on how to use it (I read all the reviews and took their advice, it worked!)

1. Use debrox or the ear drops that come in the kit. I had been using debrox 1x a day for 4 days before I purchased this, but it wasn't clearing the clog. Debrox says you can use it every 4 hours, so go for it. I left it in for about 15 - 20 minutes, but I'm not a doctor, so you do what you feel comfortable with.

2. Be patient!! It might take 2 - 3 or even 4 full irrigator bottles to clear the clog! Also, pull the trigger in a steady / consistent way, NOT like you're having a water gun fight and pulling the trigger as fast as you can. You don't need a ton of pressure to clear the clog, and the more high pressure you shoot into your ear, the more likely you will cause yourself pain (lots of 1 star reviews from impatient people trying to blast a clog out with as much psi as possible, and ending up in pain... well DUH! R. W. Mercer: This device is not going to pop hard lumps of wax out of your ears in a few squirts. It requires patience, and possibly refilling the bottle several times. You might even need to do treatments over a few days to get everything out. The point of this product is to gently remove the wax without inserting dangerous implements into the ear canal, not to blast the wax out quickly. I understand this, so I was not surprised that I had to use an entire full bottle to partially remove wax from my wife's ear.

Overall it was pretty easy to use. Anyone who's ever used a squirt bottle knows how this works already. The instructions were clear, well-written in good English, and easy to follow. Even without the instructions I would have had no trouble figuring it out.

The packaging and the bottle are lightweight and look professional. The bottle is thin but high quality plastic.

In terms of value, I think it fell down in a few regards.

The pump handle feels a bit flimsy, and I felt like I had to be careful not to put too much force on it.

The hose is a little short, and the attachment to the bottle is not very strong, it popped off too...
