Norma: I did not like that it should state you should have two people to use this product. I tried to do it myself, but it was difficult to put drops in as it squirted out when you squeezed the bottle so more than the 5-10 drops went in.

Roland: Well, this product actually works as stated! The doctor recommended this brand for waxy ears on the last visit and so I purchased it asap. After a couple uses the wax was melting out of the ears! I can’t believe how much came out! Unreal how this product was able to work so good! Can’t believe it. Would highly recommend this!

From wax buildup, my left ear became clogged and my hearing became muffled. It's happened a few times over the course of my life, and it was remedied each time using the same method. Don't recall if this brand was used.

The instructions state to place 5 to 10 drops, wait "several minutes," then squirt warm water with the rubber bulb to flush out the ear. "Several minutes" is a relative term. Is it 3? 5? 7? 10? How long is long enough?

Well, it's like microwave popcorn. When you continue to hear multiple kernels popping in rapid succession within 3 seconds, it's not done yet. When you hear no pop or only hear a pop or two in a 5-second span, it's time to stop.

I used 10 drops and let them "work" for 30 minutes.

While the drops were in, I leaned on my side and kept my head tilted to prevent the fluid from leaking out.

I also shifted the tilt angle and rotated my head around to circulate and swirl the drops in the canal so every bit of wax inside was covered with the fluid.

Amazon Customer: I was so excited to write a review for this. Like many of you, I read and followed the reviews. Everyone was right - I believe I kept it in for 20 minutes and laid down as it was in my ear. It's also easy to do on your own, which really helps, and is important for the next part. Once the wax is lifted, you use the squeegee to get out the wax. You'll want to squeeze hard and fast. It's good to do yourself because you can actually feel what helps and what you can handle. I had immediate results after I figured out to squirt the water harder. It was SUCH a relief to get this and take care of the issue at home. I used a q tip and lodged the wax in my ear but thankfully this product was only $11 and it seriously helped. *PSA: don't use q tips!! But seriously, this product was an absolute life saver. It was perfect size for me to use in my ear (as an adult) and handle on my own. I am glad to have this product on hand. Couldn't say enough good about this. It was such a relief. I lost all hearing and gained it back because of this!! Buy it!! Highly recommend!! Just remember to follow the reviews/recommendations here rather than just the box.

Hannah Davis: So I have mixed feelings about this product. My doctor recommended it so I decided to give it a try. I was a bit nervous to try it after reading some of the reviews, but there are a few helpful ones that convinced me to. The instructions on the box aren’t very clear, and don’t allow the product to work as it should. Here is what I did -

First, drop 5-10 drops in one ear (with your head tilted to the side). Lay down for about 25-30 minutes with that EAR SIDE UP so it doesn’t leak out. It’s going to feel weird, clogged, and you’ll probably feel deaf in that ear. THIS IS NORMAL. After the time has passed, get up slowly so it doesn’t spill out of your ear. Grab the squeeze syringe looking thing and fill it up with warm/hot water. It has to be at least warm for it to work. The hole is very small so it is kind of tough to fill but it’ll work. Once It’s filled up, tilt your head so that the full ear is pointed down towards the floor. Stick the syringe thingy in your ear as far as you can without hurting yourself and squeeze the warm water into your ear very fast. Do this as much as you can until the water is gone. jatin dhimanjatin dhiman: Damn. this thing works, but for first 4 days it literally made me deff and i literally felt like i lost my hearing, i even tried to clean my ear with toothpick lol (please do'nt do that AT ALL, it will only make it worse. but i did't loose hope after reading all these comments and videos on youtube. i used it on 5th day too and boom ... after using bulb to flush all wax from my year on first try.. huge wax started comming out.. i was literally about to cry but i realised i'm getting late for work. lol but nevermind. I highly suggest this product. and you should use it with a faith in it. IT WORKS :) TRUST ME.

Rohit: U hv to use continously for 3/4 days to soften the wax. It is mild and safe as it does not irritate ears. Do not expect miracle or instant action but it works in end. Be patient. Only issue is price and time it takes on delivery all because of imported product from usa
