The settings are etched into the handle, so you don't need to worry about them coming off. Easy to set. Easy to use. Easy to store. The storage case appears to be well-made and should be around for a long time.

Rob.: Very stable, durable. Quality? Only time will tell, but so far there are no complaints. I like that there are two ext pieces that came with the unit. The extra clearance helps with torquing things down like lug nuts. Because busted knuckles suck.

Arthur: I have tightened the engine cover, using a strength of 66 inches per pound. Before I tested. All bolts tightened without problem, except for one pin with a nut. The pin was broken in the engine cover. I do not blame the tool. The car is old and everything too, bolts, pins nuts. I am satisfied with this product and I think when I tightened the bolt on the end of the handle I did too tight. But in case I am not doing lust number of the tighten requirements

Tony WangTony Wang: This item is listed as a best seller and that's got me incredibly puzzled. Perhaps I'm purchasing the wrong tool for the job but it was my assumption that torque wrenches, especially those dealing with such low torques (in the 20-200 inch pounds) are suppose to be accurate and precise. However, when using this torque wrench, I can't even seem to replicate the instructions accurately. In the instructions (photo provided) it suggested that to set the wrench for 110 inch pounds, that you rotate the handle until the 0 lined up with the vertical line while the horizontal line would meet the end of the handle. But as you can see on my third image, this described condition, wherein the 0 lines up with the horizontal line, looks to be above the 110 horizontal mark? This can be seen from the first two photos. The first photo showing the horizontal mark with a rotation much lower than 110 and the second photo showing the position of the rotated handle rotated in a way where the horizontal part lines up with 110. I've also included the instructions that I tried to replicate when first using this torque wrench. This in addition to the fact that the torque wrench, while mentioning that storage...

Booboo Tutball: Not discounting the negative review by many, there must be a great deal of quality variance on the production batch. In my case, I must have received a good one, as I was not able to repeat the issues many encountered. Here is my observation:
1. In the documentation, it clearly states that the torque wrench function only works in the clockwise direction. This is where it can get some people into trouble, if you flip the switch and rotate counter-clockwise, it acts like a ratchet. There is no click and you can easily over-torque reverse-threaded bolts.
2. You don't have to go to the beam type torque wrench to measure torque in counter clockwise rotation. Some click type torque wrench does handle that. I know for certain my Gearwrench digital wrench will do it, as well as my Snap Ons. You may just have to shop around if you like the click type wrenches.
3. Torque wrenches like the EPAuto can easily be adjusted for better accuracy if you have the right equipment. You can use weight, or better yet. a electronic torque meter or calibrator to adjust it. There are numerous video on the Internet that covers this subject.
4. What most videos do not tell you, is that consistence...

Jet Jock: After using the tool on an engine timing job, I noticed two things. The torque is difficult to read but that can be said about most torque wrenches. What I was NOT expecting is the swing of the tool when tightening bolts in cramped places. There’s not enough ‘teeth’ in the mechanism, so it requires SIGNIFICANT MOVEMENT to get even ONE click of throw before retorquing. This made tightening valve cover bolts surprisingly difficult and tedious.
