IYAZ A KHAN: We had a slow leak from the pool few months after we got it. We tried contacting Bestway for next 30 days to get resolution but cannot get hold of them via email or phone. It always goes to voice mail. I am not sitting with a $200 pool with no options

barbara jurado: The pump they provide with this pool is so small. The filter is super tiny and needs to be cleaned daily and the amount of gallons it cleans per hour is not enough to keep this pool clean. The pump is also put on a timer between two and eight hours after eight hours it turns off. We went away for the weekend and came home to a green swamp. If you’re going to purchase this pool be ready to buy another pump that will pump more gallons per hour

Susan in Tennessee: The 10 ft pool is nicer than the Intex pool or Summer Escapes pool. This is sturdier and was easy to put together. It needs a bigger pump. It's a 1,200 gallon pool but it comes with a 300 gallon pump. I do recommend Bestway pools.
