Jamie r.: I was missing the ground cover & the cleaning kit. My pole box was opened when it arrived I had to call to make sure all was including. I got great customer service on that. 5 start got right back to me. But I had a summer waves pool for 5 years. Before this one. I moved it one time as we moved houses. But we Just had normal use issues & it had to be replaced. It was 22 by 48. The frame was so much better then the newer material on the pool that I just bought. it creaks even with a little bit of moments. Every pole. Even tho it’s sitting in the same spot as the last pool. I think the brand quality has gone down for sure on the structural poles & the feet are way different. the liner not sure yet it’s lasted the last 2 months no issues. But It’s so much thinner then the last. Only good thing was the dissemble T pole piece that was added made it so much easier to put together & im sure to take apart. I bought my last pool for as much as this one coast because it was before these pools really took off. It was Way bigger. Just like anything else the more popular they get the higher in price & then quality changes. I think I’ll try a different brand if this...

Mimilo: Product arrived missing parts - 2 vertical legs and 2 horizontal frames. After ordering the additional parts the pool lasted 1 week before a seem split leaking all the water out thus making the pool unusable.
