Jen D: I bought this because my regular go to was out of stock. I will not be buying it again. It is easy to cut and attach but it leaves a lot of waste because of the size. It also does not allow the air to flow through very well even though it is pretty thin.

Josh CorwinJosh Corwin: I bought this product to keep dirt and debris from falling down the registers, not to actually filter anything coming out of the system. As you can see in the pictures when I did not cover the entire register with velcro, the lightweight felt blows up leaving a large gap where dirt and dust can easily get down. Because of this I deviated from the provided instructions and covered the entire frame with velcro. The picture with the gap between register and the felt is the one where I was only able to cover about 3/4 of it before running out of Velcro. With that said, I was able to fully cover three registers and almost cover the 4th. I have enough felt remaining to cover at least 12 more registers fully. The velcro is high quality with excellent adhesion. I will likely purchase one or two more kits which will give me enough Velcro to cover all the registers I need fully and enough filtering felt to last 46 years (probably 2 years really).

Waterloo: I have 10 air vents, and its just barely enough to cover them all, I think it's too expensive for 1 bag of filter. also the tape is not enough to attach all vents. so far I didn't see a big difference after using it for a couple of weeks

Brett McKechnie: Likes: Easy to fit and install. Dislikes: Gyp rock dust not being filtered as well as we expected. Will replace next week on the main airsupply grates. This is on a new condo build with dual fan coil unit.

MikeMike: Edit: year 2, and i am still impressed. After sealing all the duct work in the house and re insulating it all, i felt like there may be some drop in dust. Clearly, i was wrong. The most recent picture illustrates 6 months of continuous use, but as you can see the additional filter media is still very much required. Very glad that this dust isn’t getting into our home. The result is less cleaning, better air quality, and peace of mind.

I change my primary filters religiously - 45 to 60 days instead of the 90 possible. I realized some time back that the floor registers were potentially allowing dust and fines to travel into the duct. I bought this filter media more to keep stuff out. The filters in the pictures above have been in use for 6months. While it is apparent that some material did fall into them, I am amazed by just how much dirt is in the system. I started using these filters when i redid the insulation on the ducts beneath the house. During that process i realized that there were many fist sized holes at poorly made joints or intersections. I had a company completely remake a few runs because it was so bad that there was little reason to just cover the holes up...

J Navroth: These are filters you cut to dimension you need, I like that because my registers and returns are different sizes. I found it easy to cut and install. I didn't need the adhesive on the registers they just popped right in and stayed in place, they allow air thru nicely but we could tell the difference in air quality right away. The returns are bigger so I did need the adhesive, they are super adhering on one side with Velcro on other for the filter to adhere to. Works great and super easy to install. I will definitely continue to order from them going forward. Also I received an email from the company introducing themselves and if I require and assistance ever to let them know as they are committed to providing a quality air cleaning product and proud of it. This is their only business. I was impressed. Buy this product, you will be happy you did.
