Customer: I ordered this battery on Thursday, 16 May 2013. JMAC shipped the battery (Via United States Postal Service) on Friday, 17 May. The estimated delivery dates were Wednesday, 22 May through Tuesday, 28 May. By Tuesday, 28 May the USPS had still not delivered the battery. I was checking the USPS shipment tracking number provided in the shipment details throughout the entire delivery period. All it said was that the package had left the sellers facility and was in transit. I waited until Monday, 3 June before contacting Amazon. I E-mailed Amazon and they in-turn contacted JMAC. Within just a few hours JMAC had sent me an E-mail and called my cell phone. They were very sorry and concerned that the USPS had "lost" my battery. (This was over the Memorial Holiday Weekend if that gives the USPS any slack) Anyway JMAC sent me another battery (Priority USPS this time) and it arrived today, Wednesday, 5 May. GREAT CUSTOMER / PERSONAL SERVICE TO JMAC!!! The battery is excellent and easy breezy to install. My home alarm system stopped throwing the "Low Battery" error as soon as it was installed. Thanks again to JMAC's great customer service!!!!!!!!!!
