D: The tool quickly found the source of the leak, which was the high side service port. The leak was slow enough not to be visible using the traditional soapy water method. The leak on my SUV's R-134a system leaked 10oz/year and this tool was able to quickly pick up on the source of the leak. Having to recharge the system every 12 months was annoying enough that I decided to buy this tool. After replacing the high side service port valve the leak was repaired.

My only complaint about the product was having trouble reading the screen. I removed the plastic film screen protector and was surprised that there was a large matte blob on the screen making it difficult to read. Initially I thought it was adhesive, but it ended up being more similar to an acid etching of the surface. I first tried using soapy water to dissolve the "adhesive", then rubbing alcohol, then mineral spirits, but the blob remained.
