Jack: Extremely simple to use. This opening is also very functional. I have arthritis and extracting some corks have been difficult; not so with the Rabbit.

G. Low: The difference in this Rabbit wine opener and another one I ordered is night and day. It feels better in the hand, very sturdy, and opens wine bottles easily. It is quieter and has opened a number of wine bottles already. I should have purchased a Rabbit first, because we originally ordered a corkscrew from Rabbit that lasted for years. I am impressed!

Dad: Not real powerful and screw is probably to thin, needs to be thicker to pull out all cork sizes

M. Marro: I prefer this compact model over the standard size Rabbit electric corkscrew.
The cool part of the standard size Rabbit is it is fully automatic and requires very little strength or effort. It automatically turns on when you place it on the bottle. There are no switches to deal with. The Rabbit pulls the cork from the bottle and then reverses to remove the cork from the corkscrew, all without intervention. All you need to do is hold the corkscrew and wine bottle steady. There is a small eject button that resets the corkscrew when it gets stuck.
The problem was after a few years of heavy use my standard size Rabbit stopped working. I was able to fix it several times (by resoldering broken wires and repairing internal micro switches) but ultimately the corkscrew stopped working. The main sensors failed to turn the unit on and the eject button no longer worked either.
So I bought the newer compact Rabbit electric corkscrew. It's not fully automatic yet still requires very little strength or effort to use.
The first unit I purchased was defective. It would not pull the cork out of the wine bottle and the LED's did not light. Bad QC. My second unit is working...
