Excellent electric knife. Very strong motor. Absolutely thrilled with this knife. The holder could use some design improvements as it will not stay standing but that was easily fixed with some glue.

Cuts well with little excess vibration on the hand. Blades are easy to insert, clean, and replace. The hard-sided storage case is a definite plus. My only complaint - as a person with arthritis - is that it is difficult to grip for any length of time because of its size. Even with this caveat, I would recommend this as a useful addition to any busy kitchen.

Ordered this electric knife a while back, actually to cut foam with. I was reupholstering a couch and ordered a large piece high density latex foam to work with, so I needed something to cut the shapes with. Online many people recommend electric carving knives for this purpose, as it is significantly cheaper than the actual foam saw. For an occasional foam cutting, this works great. It came on time and well packaged. It has a meat carving knife and a bread knife set in a hard shell case. It is very sharp and easy to clean as the two sides of the twin blades easily slide apart. Cut out 8 different pillows, 2-3 at a time, it only slightly got warm. Cut nice and clean, straight, not much crumbling at all. Since then I had a chance to try it on actual meat too, it worked great! Pleased with this transaction and item.
