We are very pleased with this product. Had purchased a different one that was more expensive, had to return it because it warped on first use. The 5 star reviews are accurate. Use it constantly, cleans easily. Sturdy product. Would not hesitate to purchase again as a gift. It is hard to believe you could get such a quality product at such a reasonable price.

I've had it about a week now and I can't say anything bad about it. If there is any fault, I guess I would say that I am kind of surprised there is no off button. To turn off the display, you can leave the basket not quite fully inserted. The cook is good and the machine is very quiet. The best part is that all the grease that would have gone into the air to settle on everything is now contained. The foods I have cooked so far really do come out better tasting.

Although I still love this product, I am removing one of the five start I initially gave it. Reason... The interior black coating (enamel?) has started to flake off. Each time I wash the unit it loses more of the surface. At first it was just the outer pan. Now it is also the interior cooking surface. If anyone know of a remedy, I'd certainly like to hear it. I wrote to an email address I found for Flexzion about three weeks ago, but have received no response.
