Alexis: Started off great. I bought as post partum trainer. Fit comfortably initially. However I’ve had if barely over a week and the seems are coming apart, the Velcro strap in the mud section no longer sticks, and the rods begin to hurt as the waist trainer comes over the front hip area a little. The rods begin to poke as you sit. Again started off great but with barely over a weeks wear and these issues I’d say it wasn’t worth the money.

I've tried a few of these and they usually don't fit right or do it's job right. I have a long torso but this one has full abdomen coverage. It's COMFORTABLE. every other one I've tried hurts my back real bad or is just so annoying to wear. I can wear this one all day long with no problem and it actually makes me feel good. It's really tight and does the job and it makes me feel more confident. It doesn't make my fat buldge out of the sides and looks great.
I didn't pay attention to the size chart but order my regular size and it fits great!

kB Yang: I wanted to wait to write this review until after I've worn it for a few weeks. So far, this item as been what I was looking for for postpartum wrap. I wish I would've gotten it sooner. I love that it has 3 straps, which helps hold the upper, mid, and lower section compared to other similar items. This wrap stays put, especially with those 3 added straps. The best wrap so far that I've ordered. The only thing that I wish this item came in as well was a smaller height/width for those with a shorter torso. I'm 5'1'' so this was a bit longer in that section, but what helped was not hooking the first top hook. Overall great product!

So far my experience has been great!! I’m an athlete and I’ve worn my trainer in 7 training sessions so far and I barely noticed it was on! I love that it has the eye and hook feature because it gives you an opportunity to adjust as you get smaller and I like the three straps that’s are Included as well. The only thing I would like the trainer to have is a latex material inside to create more heat to sweat more!
All in all I really like it.

Side note: Please understand that this alone will not shape your waist you have to put in the work and change your nutritional habits as well!!
