Beki: The media could not be loaded. We are very satisfied with this little fan. It does it’s job. The heat we feel does get blown in the direction we are forcing it. It isn’t a big gush of air it is a very mild flow of air but we can feel the difference in the house with it being on there. It is very quiet you don’t hear it at all and yes if children or animals were too come in contact with it it wouldn’t hurt them but it does get very hot so you don’t wanna touch it. We also purchased one as a gift for a family member because we were so satisfied with it.

Ron Scribner: This fan is purely for conversation. It works in that the fan spins based on the heat of the stove but in no way whatsoever does it blow any heat at all into the direction it is pointed. Its just for fun and looks, nothing more.

Doug M: It's really great how these work, simply by the heat transfer; no batteries, cords, charging, etc. Looks nice, too! Can't quite give it the full five stars because it just doesn't move as much air as I thought it would. The blades get turning pretty fast, and they work, but I can see why it's "recommended" by the manufacturer to get two of them. At that price, I dunno about that. Still -- solid purchase.

Sunrise Circle: We heat with wood and have a gas-fired central furnace for back-up, we get some drafts in the living room, looking to spread more of the heat output, to save on energy costs, decided to invest in this machine, it has been doing a great job over the past couple of months, this little fan is packed with power !
It spins faster than other fans we've had, and it circulates the air without creating drafts.
I've spent 3 times as much on fans that don't work nearly as well in the past, it’s also amazingly quiet. Solid build, i’m sure we will get many more years of use out of this. I I would totally purchase this again if need be. Has already paid for itself!
Overall extremely happy with this purchase!
