Ryan Morris: I've been taking EFX kre-alkalyn creatine for quite a while mostly due to the convenience of taking pills as opposed to using powder creatine supplements. I don't notice bloat with this which I guess is a selling point for this type of creatine. It is more expensive but it definitely works and I like taking the pills.

Jon: I absolutely love EFX sports products given that they were created by a doctor an ex bodybuilder it makes sense that they work so well. I’ve been taking creatine on and off for 12 to 13 years and hands down This is the best creatine in any aspect that I have ever taken. I will never buy any other creatine again. There is no bloating, There’s no need to cycle off of it ever and gives you incredible pumps. I really enjoy the pill form, and for me the results were very noticeable very quick . I also use the karobolyn they make for a pre and post workout ……..my boys this is god juice !!!! Do not mess your body up with harmful drugs when this is available I promise you if all you do is add this and karabolyn to your daily routine you will double your strength in half the time which means quicker aesthetic results.

No clot shot: I have to wonder what else is in this creatine, or if it's what creatine is supposed to be. This stuff work so much better than other things that I have tried, that I really wonder. Not that I believe this company would use anything else in the package without it being on the label, but it works so well.

The first thing I notice when I use it, is my stamina increases in the gym. I stay on average 20-45 mins longer than normal. There have been times where I have worked out for nearly 2 hours, just because I don't feel like leaving and I feel like there is more juice in my tank. That's insane to me, given the fact that I have a desire to spend as little time in the gym generally as I can.

Second thing I notice, is that generally after a week or so, my strength gains increase. Weights begin to feel lighter, and my movements become more explosive. I feel like I want to push and press the weight up in the air and catch it. I probably push myself too hard while using this and there is absolutely nothing else I have used that has caused this feeling.
