Thanksgiving- no problems whatsoever, Full traditional Turkey, smoked Turkey breast x2 and a ham.. Cut everything up and Still has a charge to keep cutting.. Works great on pumpkin roles and knotted home made dinner roles..

our corded one only had a 3’ cord, now i don’t have to clear the counter and shove a hot Turkey roaster up to the wall to cut it, thank goodness..

Michael Zabinsky: Sometimes you buy a product so bad you have to wonder how it made it out of engineering.
Previously I owned a Cuisinart and my issue there wasn't with the ability to perform the functions but that the motor ran very hot.
I could only get through half an eye round before I had to rest it for about 20 minutes.
So I bought this one hoping for a better result.
First thing you notice is the blades are well sharpened but you have to saw your way through the meat.
In my opinion the motor is simply not up to snuff.
The blades are also about 2" shorter than I would like to get through larger roasts like a fresh ham.
The safety release is awkward at best.
There are lots of new things where there is an adjustment period.
Having given this one 6 tries it still fells like an acrobat designed it.
There is no degree of comfort in the overall handling.
To get through a whole eye round I come away with pain in the wrist and back of the hand from having to
saw my way through.
Interestingly enough though it can't seem to cut through meat it does a wonderful job cutting through my cutting boards.
The wireless feature is truly nice.

Robert Fraser: It does what it should. It cuts for a long time. No recharging needed. I would like a holder for the blades and charger, but other than that, I like being cordless.

Twiglet: We tried returning our knife because charger is defective however return process just sends us in a never ending loop of Step 1 to step 3 and then back to steop 1 again. We plugged in the knife to charge it but charger doesn't work. There is a light on the charger that is supposed to be red when charging and green once charged. Light does not come on in any colour when plugged in however if we unplug the knife from the cord and leave charger plugged in the light shines green. We sent the manufacturer and email rather than the endless loop through amazon. We'll see if they reach out to us to arrange an exchange.
