Ana: This can be used to teach place value, counting skills during your morning meetings, or count how many days we've been in school emphasizing grouping tens, place value and counting on from a number. You can hot glue a magnet to the back of it to be used on the whiteboard. Satisifed!

Cassie: The project seems good quality. However, the place value counters are thin plastic coffee stir straws - Just taller. I was thinking they would be sturdier as the picture isn't really clear. I can use it for a center group/circle time. It probably is not hard to replicate this item at home for less money.

Wife-Mom-Teacher...tired: I have been using this chart for 5 years in my second grade classroom. It is really a quality product and still looks very nice on my wall. I hang it with removable 3M hooks and it hangs just fine. The extra straws fit well in the extra pouch, but not all at once. I put a handful in there at a time and then when it runs low, I add more. We use this for how long we have been in school and it is even easy for my students to use. You have to provide your own rubber bands to make bundles. The numbers and words are easy to read and they have lasted this long without laminating or altering in any way. I would recommend this for any classroom!
