Alex Sattler: I use this for one set of students that does ELA and math monday through friday. For each section I have Monday ELA, Monday Math, Tuesday ELA, Tuesday Math, ext. I put two folders in each section for this week and next week to plan ahead on curriculum. Very useful for subs/students/teacher aids to find what the work is for the day for which subject. We had to hang it above some lockers because the hangers weren't working for us, so the top folder section is difficult to reach if you're under 5'4. If your door doesn't have a window, maybe it doesn't matter, but kids knock on my door on their way to lunch/class so I don't want to block the door window in case someone really needs to come in.

The pockets are able to hold a good amount of papers. I put work and tests in the same folder for that period. If you have like 30 students doing packets, this may not be appropriate though.

It was actually somewhat difficult to find 5 different colored folders (one color for each day of the week) to go with this on amazon.

Amazon Customer: I was disappointed to discover that the folders weren’t included but it did come with door hooks. They’re completely pointless with the size that I ordered but whatevs. It seems well made and the metal ringed holes will be convenient for hanging it on the wall. Overall I’m pleased with it.

Sunset: I ordered this to organize my receipts, random paperwork, kids' art work etc so that I would not have any clutter. The hooks to put over the door would not allow me to close the door with them on. Instead I placed them on a closet door which I always keep open. Had to buy file folders separately. So far, it's good.

Client d'Amazon: A bit misleading as the whole appeal of the product to me was the colourful rainbow folders which are NOT included in the item and unfortunately no where to be found on amazon either... Other than that, the hanging black pocket chart itself is good and sturdy. Nice clear plastic slots for name tags . I have yet to see if it will hold the weight of all the documents it will carry.

Dianna Hendrickson: I am extremely pleased with this door hanging file organizer because it has decluttered my workspace and my mind. Energy that was spent remembering, retrieving, then replacing folders is no longer squandered on these inefficient tasks. I can now keep my current and ongoing projects where I can see them, handle them and move them through space while I'm working and organizing. It's like, before this organizer, I was stuck in one of those tile matching games where you can only see two things at a time. Now I can see everything all at once, so I'm more efficient. This system allows me to see and access all files, folders and notebooks at once- I can put my eyes and hands on anything I need to work on, put it back where it came from, and remain calm and methodical because I can now see that everything I need to handle is being handled.
Before this product, I would often spread my files and notebooks over the bed or the floor while I worked. This was an imperfect solution but worked better than all the crates, hanging file folders, plastic bins, wire holders and other impossible systems I tried. At the end of a work session I would gather up all my files and notebooks and stack them...
