Gloria anderson: Arrived on time , which was great cause I had a deadline for my cake. Beautiful gold sparkle, very elegant product. It was my first time using and was a little nervous about the ratio vodka to dust … so I just winged it , made way too much , it goes farther than u think. I used a little shot glass to mix it, and used a small paint brush. I was using black fondant as well and experimented by putting some gold mixture in the black fondant and kneaded it, and there was visible gold sparkle mixed in , it didn’t completely disappear. I recommend this product.

Mandy-RoMandy-Ro: I used this to make a few things gold on some cake decorations, it worked great! I put some in a small container & brought a brush with me to the set up so if I smudged it during cake set up I could touch up (since it does come off easily when touched, that was best to keep things pretty!). With the powder I painted a gold quidditch ball made of white modeling chocolate, stenciled the name on the cake, colored both white & regular chocolate, bush powdered (carefully) some onto frosting flowers (make sure they're very cold so it doesn't squish the flower), & added vodka to a small container with it to paint it on the tiki heads in the pic. Also nice that you can powder thickly to make really gold or lightly to just give a little sparkle or texture. When used thickly it can help hide it if the chocolate turns kinda white after refridgerating too- when I was trying to hurry & couldn't wait to let it set on the counter so threw it in the fridge, it hid the mottled white that appeared on some... I sprinkled some on an eclair & added some gold stars.. I really like this product! Fun to use!

Penny HallPenny Hall: I like the color and Love the way it applied to my cake fondant. I debated for a while about spending the money for this item. Finally decided to go for it and I am very pleased with the purchase. I used lemon extract and dissolved some of the gold luster and painted my teapot lid knob and around the base of the lid of my teapot cake. I also used it as the form on the saucer. I wanted it to match my china as much as I could and I definitely am pleased. My teapot cake was my birthday present.
