faith: Works as expected, noisier than I’d like sounds almost like an air fryer is running. But other than that happy with the purchase. Love the bags it comes with. Ice comes out pretty quick.

Reason: The ice cubes this machine makes are kind of bullets and hollow in the centre and dissolve very quickly when put in ur drinks
I need ice cubes to stay in the drink, until I finish my drink
Nevertheless if u need a small ice maker which gives bullet hollow ice and u just need it to cool ur drink and are ok with it being dissolved within 2-3 mins after coming in contact with ur drink, you can buy this version of ecozy! Cuz ecozy is excellent overall

Chris Trombly: I’ve had this now for approximately 3 months. Months 1 and 2 it worked great. Makes nugget ice like claims and is smaller than most other machines. Noise is on par with the one we replaced (totally different brand). Starting the last couple weeks it’s jumped around when low on water which is super odd. Also started making a plastic grinding sound as if a gear was stripping out or missing inside. Unplugged and tried again and so far no noises but still discouraged that malfunctions happening so far. Can’t return back to Amazon due to past the window and had to google company for email contact since Amazon just throws into their USELESS chat assistant which offered no help. Couldn’t find warranty on it but hoping after an email or contact from ecozy I can up the stars.

We contacted the seller as Amazon made it VERY difficult with the stupid AI help chat. Once the seller reached out after a low star review they've done everything expected (heard the complaint and mailed a new one out). Tina was AWESOME and took care of it. Jeremy Casteel: Within 15 minutes of receiving the ice maker I had ice in my cup already. The ice maker was easy to set up and use from the start. Very intuitive and so simple my youngest child could set it up. Fill water to the max line, turn the power on, and set the size of ice you want. As quick as it makes ice you don’t have to make a lot and store in the freezer. When you do freeze it the bullet ice can stick together easily. For the price of the ice machine it is well worth the value. It is not loud either so you can make ice any time of day without bothering anyone.

Historic Fiction Reader: The ice maker in my fridge went dead and I did not feel like spending $$$$$ on a new ice maker, so we got this great little machine. A great alternative to having to buy a new fridge and a great addition for parties.

Pros:
- Compact, takes little counter space.
- Makes ice quickly.
- The "large" ice cubes are pretty small, which like, as they are easy to put inside water bottles than regular ice.
- Good value.

Cons:
- Machine is noisier than fridge ice maker, but not really noisy.
- Ice comes out 'wet' so if you dump in your freezer, you will have to go back a little after and break it down (we just hit it softly with a knife).
- You do have to pour water and empty it. If you don't empty it, the ice melts.

Bertha e Hiram: Maravillosa máquina fábrica de hielos. Hace muchísimos hielos en muy poco tiempo tal y como lo describen en el producto. Los hielos duran mucho tiempo. El único detalle es que salen las tabletas de hielo pegadas y no hielos independientes, aunque en realidad esto no es un problema porque se rompen fácilmente con el cucharón que viene incluído, y puede ser una ventaja cuando se trata de usar los hielos en contenedores grandes como jarras o termos.
Además, los hielos se mantienen intactos aunque tardemos en retirarlos de la máquina. Súper recomendable.
