Tiffany Rice: These are very heavy duty hinges. I purchased them to change out my outdated brass hinges. I love the updated look and they feel sturdier than the ones the builder used.

L2lgnd: If you're looking for a self closing hinge this is a great option. It's heavy duty and the spring is also very heavy duty. Make sure to buy two and use as the too and bottom hinge with a third hinge that has bearings.
