Red Dog Dunbar: They are not half green like the photo and the others I have been buying. They package says rechargeable but the batteries look just like Duracell Alkaline disposables. If you look close on the batteries they do say rechargeable. However, I am likely to accidentally throw these in the trash by accident. There is English and French writing on the packaging so these are probably from the Canadian market. I won't send them back but I'm not happy about the color difference from the pictured item.

These last a very long time….years. be sure to check what you were putting them in because I believe the smoke detectors say do not use rechargeable batteries other than that I use them in everything. everyone should be using these. It would save the planet a lot of batteries.
