Was was very worried that they wouldn’t be heavy duty but when I got the package damn it was heavy. But crutches weight what me and my husband think 5 pounds each and they hold up to 500lb. My husband is a heavy set guys and felt good about using them. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is that they run tall, shortest is 5’9 and according to my husband that him on a good day but needed to make minor adjustments. Other than that they are perfect. ALSO JUST TO CLARIFY WE BOUGHT THE CRUTCHES NOT THE CUFFS :)

AJ Descalzo: These are perfect for me, as a 6'5", one legged fat guy. You do have to adjust them properly to your height, just like any other crutches. They weigh approximately 250 lbs, and are constructed of solid stone. Found in esrly-game gear stashes and as enemy loot, these are perfect melee weapons when fighting zombies, bears, and orcs. I especially enjoy the sweep attack, which extends your range and creates a cone of area damage affecting up to four enemies in front of you. Solid choice!

Jerri: Finally youth crutches that are true to size. I’m a 4’10” adult and a 20 year user of crutches. Typically the arm length is way to short and the overall height measurements are off by 2 or more inches. These are good for a short adult. The underarm and hand grips are not of the the highest quality but that’s not as important as the length. A-

Randall Kowalik:
Are these crutches well-made? Yes. Are these crutches heavy? VERY heavy!
But these crutches are NOT SIZED CORRECTLY! Whatever your height is, take off @ 4 inches and then buy that pair. I took these out of the box, their lowest setting is 5'10" and I'm 6'2" according to my physician. So I should have to lengthen these crutches--but I could actually stand to lower them an inch. At their lowest setting, they're pressing against my armpits... a bit difficult to wield.
So I put the crutches back in the box, and today, well within the "return window"... I'm told these crutches are ineligible for return! So I'm out $85 on something I can never use.
WAY TO GO, AMAZON!!

Steve: Great crutches great price. If you used the cheap ones in the past like me. Be ready they have weight to them. The are really heavy duty. They say to use them under Doctor supervishion or rehab. Well I didn't and the weight of them and me having just had a leg aputation. The crutches almost pushed me over so be careful. Chances are if you need crutches like this you are big and should have no problem but be careful because I am 6.5." 285 lbs. And I have had a couple close calls but I am always going outside and up and down steps with one leg for now. I would recommend getting the pads the recommend for under the arm if you will be using them all the time like me. You can't use a walker with steps and I don't like walkers anyway. Be safe.
