Love the adjustability of forearm angle. Theses take pressure off wrist completely. I didn’t think they would be so much better than regular forearm crutches, boy was I wrong! I’ve had to use crutches for over 24 years due to an injury.

Chelsey: Update!!!!!
There was a card in the box that belonged to a woman at the company. I emailed her about the issue and within hours she emails back. She apologized for the issue and offered me 2 different solutions to choose from and promised to ship the replacement out and have it to me by the day I was originally needing these by. So even though the Amazon seller messed up, the Company backed their product and immediately made this right! She was kind and professional and I couldn’t be more grateful for her kindness! So like I said be careful buying from here, but if there is a problem the company will help you!
Be careful when choosing this product through Amazon! It’s NOT returnable and they get to choose what size to send you regardless of what measurements you choose! I have a very skinny but long forearm so instead of sending me a crutch to fit my forearm length they sent me one to fit my forearm width. However if you have spent anytime on their website you would know that the proper fit of these crutches is to have your elbow one inch or less off the end of the crutch. That should tell the person choosing your crutch size that your forearm length is extremely...

A TackettA Tackett: I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and serious joint damage in all my large joints. I don’t usually need my wheelchair for short distances so I wanted these for that. They work great to keep me upright and stable. The poles are heavy duty and the rubber feet work well. They don’t put any stress on my damaged shoulders and wrists when I’m using them. Im very happy with that part.
The handles are twisted a little weird for me and can’t be adjusted. The cuffs are comfortable but the padding for the wing parts didn’t come already applied. They fell out within 15 minutes of me putting them in. This is while they were sitting there unused. I tried again and held them in place longer but they fell out again. The adhesive stayed in the cuff but the pad won’t stay in. Now I have a sticky mess inside.
The other thing I didn’t like was the design on the cuff. It looks dark and nice in the photos online but it isn’t. One side is a little lighter and the other side (shown in my pics) is very pale and not very pretty. The design also looks blurry and the company info splattered across it is tacky looking. You can’t read it very easily and I don’t want people bending over to...

AmazonUZR5208AmazonUZR5208: Needing to use crutches is bad enough. Advertising "smart crutch" all over the product is worse. I actually held off on buying these for over a year because I didn't have the mental ability to out think how I was going to make these stylish. So I bought the camo ones and of course, it says stupid crutch all over them, also bought camo vinyl, then cut out a strip to cover the side paint and then cut out leaves and trees to blend and cover the wording. It is a sticker on the arm cuff so it can be peeled off if you want to- then it would be a plain black arm cuff. I just used the background camo and covered the advertisement. As to their use, I have no idea. I won't even try them until I get the inside wording covered as well.
Update: Now that the words "smart crutch" are covered, and I have gone through the daunting and miserable task of setting them at the correct height and arm position, they are great and take the pressure off my (scoliosis) back and slipped disks -- setting them at the correct angle is pretty frustrating to find the correct position, but they far out do a cane.
Who goes to a disability convention and shows off the brand name "smart crutch?" Not me....

Angel Elle: I have been using a cane during winter because it is too hard to push my walker through the snow but I started having pain in my hands so I ordered these smartcrutches and they are perfect! Adjustable for my height and I can even fit an ice spike (made for canes) on the bottom to help me not fall in the winter on the snow and ice. I love that I can adjust these so that all my weight rests on my forearms since I have so much arthritis in my hands. Make sure you measure just like they show and you should be fine, mine fit perfectly with a little room to spare which I needed because we live in NW Minnesota and I have to wear a thick coat 6 months out of the year LOL my arm still fits even with my coat on! 5 stars and I absolutely recommend these!! I use one at a time (like how I’d use a cane) in the house and if I need more support I use both crutches.
