Dragon Touch Vision 3 Pro 4K Action Camera with 16MP Touch Screen and PC Webcam Functionality

Rus: I purchased a ZOOKKI action camera accessory kit with my Dragon Touch, to provide me many mounting options. I mounted it on the windshield of my 1948 Willys and went to the farm to check it out. Very shaky video of the road trip, but I expected that. When I drove around the farm at a much slower rate, video was much clearer. I intended to use it on a fishing trip to Grand Traverse but didn't have it ready for the first 2 lake trout we caught and didn't catch anymore that day. Sorry, nothing to say about underwater success....til Hawaii in Jan.

Michael A. Jasik: My original score was a 3 because of customer service. My original problem with CS was with the "Chat" window. It started off with a ROBO type response. No problem a lot of companies do that now. But then it gave the option to chat with a "Live agent". If you are having this option then you should actually have a live agent available. Future dealing with CS were great (I never requested a Live agent). They responded within 24 hours and handled the issue fully. My review went from 3 stars to 4.5 . Camera works great and takes great videos/pictures. I Like the remote control feature and the wifi connection to the phone. For the money this is a great little camera with a lot of features.

Dawna NoriegaDawna Noriega: 1. Worked great until the water proof box leaked. You can see the difference in picture quality between the two pictures attached. 2. Video directions need to be improved. Video was in hyper speed, and couldn't be slowed down enough to actually review. 3. After the water leak, the camera will not function correctly. It will turn on, but then shuts itself off when trying to toggle the up and down buttons.

A few weeks ago, I wrote a negative review regarding the Dragon Touch Vision 3 Pro Touch Screen. At the time, I was very frustrated as the Dragon Touch Vision 3 Pro Touch Screen I purchased back in December came with Android OS, making the camera useless as only Android devices could read it.

However, I need to change my review after a very dedicated Customer Service contacted me a few weeks ago concerned about the camera issues. Jessica Wilson heard everything I told them regarding the Android OS and offered to replace the camera. At that point, I had resolved the issue through Amazon, which took like 20% in stocking fees. So I told her no worries, but to please check with their suppliers about the Dragon Touch Vision 3 Pro Touch Screen OS.

A few days later, Jessica contacted me back to let me know they had already taken care of the OS issues with the camera, and they were sending me a new one, updated, at no cost. Very nice indeed.

Roy LeeRoy Lee: Product is faulty upon arrival. Seller uncontactable and even there’s warranty, dragontouch told me that it’s not their problem so what’s the use of warranty. Now I only depend on Amazon for help. Highly recommend not to buy this product.
