The image you show on the web site is incorrect. They are shown shoved right to the bottom of the toe and this can and most likely will cause injury to the user. Directions are very clear. They need to be positioned “no further” than halfway down the toes length.

Kindle Customer: This product seems well made, but I found the plastic to be thick and uncomfortable between my toes. I tried wearing them for a few minutes at a time, and increasing the time worn slowly, but no, just couldn’t do it. Not flexible enough for me!

KidaKida: In the pictures I am comparing the size of the toe stretched to yoga toes and a generic cheap toe stretcher. I have plantar fascial tear that caused Baxters neuropathy I've been treating for over a year now and toe stretching has been one of my biggest sources of relief.
Compared to yoga toes which is my most aggressive toe stretcher still the first two toes are about the same size but the last three toes are smaller. Pro compared to yoga toes is you can walk in Dr jk and it doesn't snag when your laying in bed. Neither can be worn in shoes.
Compared to generic cheap toe stretcher they two overall are approximately the same size but that's because the cheap toe stretcher consistently used the same size spacer throughout while Dr jk put all their toe stretching in the first two toes and there's next to no significant stretch with the last three toes. Pros of Dr jk is that they're easier to wear in bed with less rolling compared to the cheap ones. The pro of the cheap one is that it can be worn comfortably in shoes due to having less overall bulk.
Overall if this was a year ago and I was just starting my toe stretching journey THIS would have been SO helpful,...

Just me here: this manufacturer finally gets the shape of toes!
Most toe spacers: do not go fully to the end of the big toe. This toe spacer does, which effectively separates the toes for real.
Most toe spacers: have virtually the same size space for the big toe as they do the pinky toe: creating a lot of pain on the pinky toe. This toe spacer understands that the pinky toe is tiny compared to the big toe and accommodates this size difference. No more pain!
I can't believe how long it took for me to finally find a good toe spacer that I can wear without pain while doing an amazing job of putting that needed space for the full length of the big toe and the next toe in!
I'm very pleased. Thanks to this manufacturer for putting such good logic into the design.

Nicoli: I loved these and think I commented on it in an earlier review but couldn't figure out why it hurt so much after a couple minutes. I realized my big toe (which isn't that big) was purple and the circulation was being cut off. Because I have severe foot pain, I sort of initially ignored all pain as the norm but this was avoidable. Separators are so helpful to Morton's Neuroma and I like the jelly material as I can wear standing in the shower (very painful without). I cut the big toe stand and it was instant relief. However it is hard to stay in place but using while icing sitting still.

G-IATM: Omg, these are EXACTLY what I need. After looking at many different brands, I chose these because they have a longer, rather than short, separator between the toes. These seem to be the only ones made this way. And, yes, it has made a difference. It is loosening the fascia in my toes/feet - I can feel it after I take them off - my toes and feet feel open, relaxed, longer. It's only been a week, but I expect over time, they will begin to straighten. And, I will have some manual therapy on them.
That being said, they can be challenging to wear - in a good way. This is true because a set I bought for my husband from Dr. JK is perfect for his yoga toes, but too soft for me. Because of that, this set is working deeper because they are not as soft. After awhile my feet can get achy, or with shoes that are more narrow. Of course, then it's time to take them off.
The only missing thing is the pinky toe. On the next round of design, this should be added. Since this is a process, you can't go wrong with using this set.

Day 1 review:
I researched so many within Amazon, and actually had forgotten which ones I ordered. I wish I had ordered the ones that have two pair: one where holes go over the toes, and the second type has spacers *between* the toes only.
I have large feet (US women’s 10, equivalent of a men’s eight). However, my toes are not particularly chubby… I actually consider them fairly slender. So I’m surprised that they feel very snug on my toes… I’m hoping that they will stretch some with use
The thing that annoys me the most is that between the first second and third toe, the spaces are huge, but then almost nonexistent between the third/ fourth and 4th/5th toes.
I’m not sure why they didn’t just finish the fifth toe with a ring, rather than just two loose ends kind of dangling there. They could’ve just removed those all together quite frankly.
In order to get better spacing between toes 3-4 and 4-5, I had to jiggle the spacers around a little bit. I’m not sure if the way that I have them is how they are supposed to sit, but I’m hoping they will work for me.
Because of the much smaller space created...

Heidi I.Heidi I.: So far so good with these toe separators! I don’t have a lot to compare them to except for a pair of “Happy Feet Socks” and a box of toe separators by “Bodhi Feet” (these only come with separators for your big toe and the toe next to the big toe), and I will say that these are the best of the products listed above. I definitely agree with the reviews that mention the fact that this product really does nothing for separating the last 2 toes on your feet, there isn’t much rubber to place between those toes (see photos). My hope in trying all of these products is to straighten out the toe next to my big toe on my right foot (which was broken last December, long story), so this product is great for me in that regard. I was told that there’s nothing that can be done to “fix” my toe when it broke & that I should just tape it to the next toe & it would heal on its own. Well, it’s become clear that that’s not the case. My broken toe is still misshaped, larger than normal and painful if I walk for too long-especially in flip flops...so I’m hoping that over time these help!
