Amazon Customer: I love the quality of this food. However, because my birds literally only eat one or two ingredients, I find that I toss a TON of it. The bits that they eat are the bits I can get in a much cheaper brand. Then there is the odor. I have my birds in my living room, at first it wasn't so bad, but now it is SO overpowering. I have used this for a month now and have just now discovered that this may be why my ears have been clogged for over a month. I'm sad to say that I will not be ordering anymore, but this bag is going to take forever to use up for two birds.

Barbara Berger: It has fruits and veggies as well as seed. I give my birds lots of fresh herbs everyday and some seed and vitamins but this seed mix gives them more. I do have to be careful not to give them too much because they would eat this all day. They love it!

diana ibarra: My parakeets are rescues and haven’t figured out how to eat fruit or veggies. I want them to be in their best health and I tried this food. They loved it and eat every single bit of it and in just a few days they were chirping and very energetic and happy. They are also pooping a little more, which I assume is healthy. Even if this is quite expensive, parakeets don’t have as many healthier options as dogs or cats do. I will continue to feed them dr. harvey’s food even if it’s a little pricy :) they are worth it

CBROMZZ: My budgies love it and they are very picky eaters. Not sure I could order it on a regular basis though because the food and shipping makes it expensive.
