Bibliophile MK XL: For those of you with a tailor’s bunion you know the sharp knife pain of a shoe rubbing against that part of your foot. These pads largely addresses the discomfort of wearing footwear. The one con is that you have to intentional with how you put on the pad - you have to ultimately figure out the “sweet spot” for your bunion in order to reap the full benefit. I’ve learned that improper placement or shifting can result in it not being effective. But when it is I forget that I have it on and that I have a TB in the first place!

Amazon Customer: Extreme discomfort around toe while walking. Was happy with the soft cushion over the bunion but the pain between the toes was too much to deal with.

Amazon Customer: So I had surgery on my right foot for a bunion and a tailor's bunion over 2 years ago and thankfully that helped with the pain, but unfortunately I also have a tailor's bunion on my left foot that's been starting to hurt a lot nowadays. I don't want to get surgery again unless I have to so I've been looking for other solutions. I was eyeing this for a while but I was skeptical of the quality and whether it would work or not.
I finally bought them recently and I'm glad I did! The pads are a super thick and soft gel material and they cover my tailor bunion well. I wore them with sneakers and socks and my shoes didn't feel tight. I was able to run errands without pain and it felt amazing. My feet did start to hurt a little after a few hours but it was still better than before. The only downside is that after those few hours, my pinky toe felt a little pinched and got a little red from the toe loop, but I don't think there's much you can do about that. Hopefully I'll get used to it over time. I also haven't had any issues with the pads moving around in the shoe, I didn't tape them down but they stayed in place the whole time. I've worn them a couple times now, but so far so...

I first put it on and wore it around the house I’m my house shoe! That was the first success!!! No pain the entire day and I was walking around the house and standing on my feet hanging pictures and cleaning! I Immediately felt relief when I put it on! So next I started trying on shoes! So I went and put on a pair of shoes that I haven’t thrown away yet I’m hopes I can find it how to make it stop hurting my toe and you won’t believe this but that show felt comfortable!!! Doug: A very thin floppy pieces of gel padding that is impossible to keep in place. Place it over the little toe then pull on your sock and it moves making it impossible to keep it over the bunion. I guess you could take it in place but that is defeating the purpose. It is too flimsy and also too thin.
A hard plastic device with gel padding might work but this thing is worthless.
