Kindle Customer: Wraps around both side the either the front or back of 2 people,we purchased 2 and are warm from our chins to our toes, front and back. Does fold easily and strap holds the roll tight. The bag with shoulder strap makes carrying a breeze!

Shirley: I wanted this blanket to use like a snug pack. It’s perfect, light weight but adds that extra warmth and keeps the wind out. And makes a perfect picnic blanket also. With a nice rich coloured plaid on the one side. Great blanket

klw: Love it. Perfect to keep in car for picnic or 4th of July fireworks etc. Haven’t washed yet so can’t comment on that, but it’s waterproof and soft fleece. Works great. Size is good for family of 5…prob not if have 3 teenagers tho so bought a 2nd for the other car. And best company I’ve ever seen on Amazon! They emailed me thanking me for the purchase and to see if everything arrived fine. Can’t say I’ve seen that before.

L.A.: I love these blankets and already own 2 of the plaid ones and just added a third. They're well made and the quilting prevents the slip you typically get with this style of waterproof ground blanket. In fact, if you're new to these kinds of blankets - don't ever buy one without quilting, it will drive you nuts. These DownUnders are lightweight but feel thick enough to add some fair cushioning and softness. I have a high-end $250 version from a well known brand and two cheaper (unquilted) ones and this feels solidly in the middle and is very fairly priced. I actually reach for these most often because of the lightweight factor. They're great for picnics, camping and outdoor activities. I also have one dedicated to my 12 yr old golden retriever that loves sitting on the porch or back deck, but the hard surfaces aren't great on her joints and this keeps her clean and nicely cushioned and dry in all kinds of weather, even when the ground is damp after the rain. These blankets also machine wash incredibly well and dry quickly in the sun for re-use. Excellent brand and quality! Mine still look like new even after heavy use and washing over the years.

Lera KLera K: Durable, but bulky. Nylon side is great for the beach, wet grass, etc. The fleece side is comfy to sit on, and very warm. I use this blanket as a sofa throw too. Super easy to machine wash and dry. But it is large and bulky, so not vey easy to cary in hands. The storage bag’s handle is very short - you can not fit it over the shoulder. And I wish the bag was a bit roomier, so the blanket fits back easier. The blanket and the bag remind me more of a sleeping bag set up than of an easily foldable picnic cover, but the quality of the blanket is very nice and it seems like it will last forever. Also, the blanket itself is large - probably enough for 4 people even. Good quality overall - just uncomfortable to carry by hand.

Since I got it in 2019 it has been my trusty companion for picnics, camping trips, fireworks, parades, watching sunsets by a lake, you name it. It works great on cold damp ground to keep me warm and dry, with just enough padding to make the lumpy ground comfortable. It's a good size for multiple people, and I've had picnics with 5 people on it. It's even made a comfortable sleeping bag pad for impromptu camping under the stars, and was surprisingly warm on a chilly summer night. It washes well, and has maintained it's waterproofing and durability really well. During the winter, I keep it in my car in case I get stuck snowed in somewhere inconvenient, and during the summer it's a constant companion for outdoor adventures. It's surprisingly compact, especially with the stuff sack. I have another blanket that I got at a grocery store a few years ago, and this is lighter, packs significantly smaller, is warmer and better padded. I love the little pocket for keeping track of things while using the blanket too. This thing has been so versatile for dates, family gatherings, and visits with friends. I really can't recommend...
