M.B.: Over all, it is the perfect size but I would recommend that you do NOT use the brush to clean the inside of the nipples (you will cut a hole in the nipple). I love that they added in an item to put a hole in the nipple but it takes some work to make the hole the right size so that when the kitten, puppy, etc.. sucks on it that milk actually comes out. This produce is better then other products I've bought in the past.
