Jared Sonoma: The brushed grey finish was excellent. Assembly was tricky, took about 3 hours, but it came together great. We like it a lot. Only negative was a missing pack of screws to attach the slats - it could have dropped out during shipping as one of the boxes was opening up on one side.

Robin MayRobin May: Very happy with this product! I was worried about the quality with buying furniture online but it doesn’t appear or feel cheap. Some of the wood pieces did come with dings in them but not noticeable if you aren’t looking for them and I’m not too worried about it. Assembly wasn’t hard just time consuming. Make sure you clear an entire day because it takes several hours especially since every piece requires an allen wrench. That would be my only compliant.

CaseyCasey: I’m not sure how this bed has such great reviews because it’s honestly horrible. I bought this bed and was almost completely done putting it together when the slat cracked, like in the pics. I called customer service and told them about it and my only option was to return the bed, that was completely put together, and get a new one in the mail. This bed comes in 4 GIANT and HEAVY boxes. So when the new bed came I just took the pieces out that I needed to complete the bed, packed the broken piece up and sent it away. I took for 55lb boxes to UPS, alone. Well my father is helping me put it together right now and what happens? The final crank with the tool that is included in this kit and the bed cracks IN THE SAME SPOT. Can’t wait to talk to customer service again tomorrow morning. I do not recommend this bed. At all. Do not buy. $600 for a bed that keeps breaking before it’s even put together! Complete junk.

Crystal: Let’s see, arrived in four boxes which were mostly intact. During assembly I had to drill three holes which were missed at the factory. Many of the fasteners were missing(could see where they taped the bags closed) and none of the screws for the slats were included. Other than that the assembly went fine. The bed is pretty sturdy although I can already see where some bracing will need to be installed soon, the beds are for our 6 and 4 year old daughters and they love the bed. For the money we are happy with the purchase. I expect a few snags while assembling but to be missing that many fasteners is ridiculous. Still , it is a good bed for the money.

Amazon Customer: This bunkbed had only 1 review and I took a chance to order it because we wanted a white full over full bed. This bed delivered amazing quality. It's sturdy very solid and has great support for the top bunk bed. It's made of solid pine wood nothing generic and no plywood. It's all solid wood great quality. It was very very easy assembly but you will need two people to assemble for lifting and holding certain parts. All the pieces came labeled with letters and numbers it made for very easy simple assembly. Took us about 2 hours to assemble everything including the trundle bed. I would highly recommended this bunkbed set especially for multiple kids or growing teens. If I could give ten stars I would!!
