The comment above is accurate for a product I have only used in the last 24 hours. I was originally tempted by an offer enclosed with my wrist brace. The offer was a free gift for leaving a product review, so I did. I received an email with a 5 dollar Starbucks gift card! I was very stoked to receive it. The third party assisting in process is Influencer Points. After the sent the GC they they offered to have me sign up for product purchase and testing. It sounded like a cool gig but they failed numerous times trying to start the process by sending me a 30 dollar GC. This must me one of those rating collect scams. I’m lucky I got the Starbucks.

Rachel: It's a good support depending on your injury. My injury runs along the side of my left wrist near my ulnar (little finger side) and the way the support is shaped and wraps over causes the edges of the support to really dig in right where my injury is. Also there is a hard circular branding badge sewed into the support which really dug into the opposite side of my wrist when I wrapped the support on securely, I fixed this by cutting it off but it would be better if the branding either wasn't on there or was embroidered onto the support itself, however I think this was only an issue for me because I've got skinny wrists.

Linda Sissons: I read books a lot, so I tend to put strain on my thumb holding the book. I find wearing this support helps to relieve any strain.

StephanieStephanie: It's tight around the thumb. I've never used a compression strap before. My wrist hurts a lot when I first put it on. I think that means it's working. It's pretty warm and my hand gets sweaty instantly. That's probably normal. Last night, I wore it for two hours (I don't mind the sweat as much but I have to let it dry after I take the band off before putting it back on - it just feels gross when it's still wet.) I put the band on - it's very sturdy and stays in place. When I put the band on, my wrist hurt quite a bit. After two hours of consistently wearing the band, I took it off. My wrist felt so much better. I guess that's how it's supposed to work. I would just like it to be more comfortable around the thumb.

Jessica Soberon: So it is good quality but not super elastic at all. No ability to tighten as much I need the compression. I only gave it 2 stars due to shipping issues but they did replace it the very next day. Mobility is there but not as much as you'd hope. Over all, mediocre.

The compression sleeve is bomb! Dr arthritis' customer care team reached out after my horrendous experience with the shipping and overall discontent with the product replacement. They apologized for any inconvenience and offered a complimentary product that they believe would adhere to my wrist support needs. Their suggestion had me very hesitant as I've tried compression sleeves before but they've never helped my pain.
This compression sleeve that was sent out of pure courtesy of the company truly is incredible!! I urge anyone that has had a problem with this wrist support to try their wrist sleeve! It's amazing!!!!! Customer service for this brand is absolute top tier to say the least. Honestly.

Zazz: I've had wrist issues for years from an old gymnastics injury. I bought one of these wrist braces about 6-5 years ago and I loved it. I've warn it out, it's got paint on it and the velcro has torn it up. It's still usable, just doesn't look nice anymore. I hurt my wrist even more last week so need to wear it all of the time and so I got this new one. It just doesn't fit the same as my old one. It wraps too high, wrapping right over my injury and agitating it instead of supporting it. I'm trying to fiddle with it, to wrap it lower like my old one does, but it just doesn't seem to be build the same. It's harder to get this one tight enough too. Maybe it's because it's new and hasn't conformed to my hand like my old one, which is why I'm giving it a try.

R.K.R.K.: In search of panacea lol for my problem, I bought 3 brands of wrist straps to check which one would alleviate my problem. There are reviews where one could be unprejudiced and be objective, say for example, when reviewing a computer's microprocessor against another or comparing a monitor's brightness against a competitor. I must admit that I am biased in this review based on my personal experience. I hope that this may help others if you find yourself in similar situation.

I have not really gone to a doctor to evaluate my problem. I do know that I came to a point where the pain was so horrible that I could barely type on my computer keyboard. I am not sure if it's carpal tunnel, repetitive strain injury or tendonitis but I do know that the wrist pain radiates sometimes from base of the thumb to base of the palm and at times to the side of pinky and base of pinky.
