ItsJustANameMan: Great value. It's quite and doesn't shake when using. Looks good and doesn't take up much space. Easy to assemble. Downside is the screen only shows one thing at a time and I don't think the heart rate monitor is very accurate.

Serge A. Simard: I will be doing a modification to the seat this week. I'm 6'4'' and the seat needs to be three and a half inches higher for my needs. This will involve a weld. Once that's done, this will be an excellent bike for me.
This is a heavy bike. A lot of metal, nice and solid. The consol is thin plastic and don't compare this will a 1000$ bike. It is not.
So I'm happy with my purchase because it was the right price for me.

HanJend: I bought the DMASON bike. Setup was easy. However, I couldn't get the right side pedal to screw into the crank. I contacted Amazon support and they said to return the bike. I didn't want to (repack) return and I then tried DMASUN support email on the small supplied manual. After a couple of days, I got an email from Nancy of DMASUN and she asked me to supply a video and photos of the problem, which I did that evening. The next day, I got a reply from her asking for my address, indicating that they would send replacement right crank and pedal direct from the factory (this came from China from the address on the box).

It arrived after just over a week and completely resolved the issue. (I was still able to use the bike before I got the part, as the pedal is standard bicycle pedal--so I borrowed right side pedal from my bike :) ).

Anyways, these folks are serious about supporting customers. The bike comes with media tray, so I don't need a more expensive bike with attached flat screen.

Very solid bike for a fraction of the price, and it has a real smooth feel and silent during exercise sessions.

The email address I contacted did turn out to be someone who could help me. Customer service was responsive and polite, down to letting me know when to expect a delay in response time due to a holiday. The correct part was shipped from the factory in China at no extra cost to me and arrived about a week and a half after I initially contacted customer support. The only thing that made me a bit uncomfortable is that the customer service person asked me to delete or change my Amazon review before I even had a tracking number for the part, let alone a fully assembled exercise bike to review. Now that the bike is together, I'm quite happy with it! It's sturdy, whisper-quiet (could easily watch TV or listen to music/podcasts while on it), and adjustable in a variety of ways. I wish the handlebars could sit higher-- I have them at the maximum height, but I'm tall and have to lean forward pretty far to reach them if the seat is at a height for the pedals to feel normal-- but the bike is sturdy enough to just sit upright while pedaling. This is my first exercise bike too, so it's quite possible I'm just not used to the way it feels different from a regular...

J. Colman: I've had this now for about a week. The carton was slightly damaged, and the corner was ripped open. I was concerned that it may have been dropped. (I think it was). However, upon opening, the bike was SO WELL packaged that other than some cracked pieces of styrofoam, the bike was in perfect condition.

It's heavy. Needed my husband's help to move it around and out of the packaging. It came with all of it's fasteners and tools on a shrink wrapped cardboard which is a nice plus instead of bags. Zero chance of anything missing. While the tools were nice, I ended up using a ratchet and sockets, a t-handle allen wrench and a full size phillips screwdriver. This was totally my preference. The included tools will work just fine. I'm just impatient and had the tools handy. Assembly was easy and straightforward.

My husband & I both use this. I really like how easy it is to adjust the seat, seat height and handlebar height. We both have different fitness goals, so this adjustability is very important.

I don't like the toe grips, but that's just me. The seat is a little uncomfortable. Again, it could be just me. Both of these things I can replace. The electronics is...

Andrew M. Schiller: Overall, the price was right for this model with a medium weight flywheel and magnetic resistance. The closest model I can compare it to in the American market is the Schwinn IC3, although the IC3 uses fabric resistance, which can add a little noise.

The assembly directions are mostly clear and I was able to get it together myself in about 25 minutes. The most awkward was getting the crossfeet installed, since you have to bend all the way over and lift the bike up while screwing in the bolts. There's no quick way to do this, so perhaps get a friend to help you on this portion to keep your back intact. All necessary tools are included.

There's lots of adjustment available, which is nice. I'm 6' 1" and fit comfortably. I share this bike with my wife who is 5' 8" and she also can adjust it to fit nicely. My only complaint so far after about 5 hours of use is this: the handlebars can either be a little wider, or the device mount could be a little slimmer. I say this because my hands don't have enough flat surface to grip the bars. They are constantly pinched up on the side of the device mount. After about 45 minutes this gets pretty annoying. shane: It's no Peloton, but great "bang" for the buck.
I wasn't looking to spend thousands on exercise equipment that may end up not being used in the long run. I wanted something that was decent to hopefully get me encouraged to get healthier but not break the bank if it ended up sitting in a corner.
I chose this model as there were many more total reviews on Amazon.ca than others such as Sunny and Chaoke. The reviews were overall excellent as well. At the time of my purchase in early July 2021 the bike sold for $375 CDN. I was really skeptical about the low price but the thousands of reviews and specs were good. Regular price was about $500 which is where I expected to spend. Unlike some other bikes in this price range on Amazon.ca, DMASUN bikes are not just sold on Amazon from some unknown supplier in China. These bikes appear to be available from various exercise stores/suppliers. Makes me think these bikes are from an actual exercise equipment supplier who has taken time and effort to design something decent. Not just a one off to dump into the Amazon market.

In the fall, I came upon a good cardio website and worked out at home since my gym had to close down. This was my lifeline to mental health (endorphins), but without supervision I injured my knees again (used to play soccer) and had to seek physiotherapy. My practitioner recommended a DMASUN stationary bike as part of my rehab - a client of his loved it. I was priced out of the market for a Peloton and decided to treat myself with a more modest Christmas present.

About a month in, I was riding for 30 minutes a day and averaging about 12KM on the simple to use digital read out. It became a basement fixture, and that meant I could enjoy some good tunes without ear buds.
