Ken: Surprisingly stable, given how flimsy it looks. That said, remember this is not a built-into-ground pull-up bar. So avoid hard swinging while your body weight is hanging from it or I’m pretty sure the screws will need tightening again very very soon.

I’m 6ft and 175lbs. So naturally, I feel this bar is a little low for me. Also, if you usually do chin-ups or pull-ups with your legs straightened in front of you, you won’t be able to do so as the stabilizing bar in the center will get in the way. Will need to get used to bending your legs backwards.

Assembly was a little confusing at first (I’m not a handy person). Let’s just say their instructions aren’t as detailed as IKEA’s. But shouldn’t be an issue for most.

Also the product is very light and can easily be moved around if needed. Good investment, overall.

JV: Not the sturdist unit but has what I need. Purchased the Bang and Tong as well as this unit has rubber grips where the Bang and Tong did not.

The metal thickness and dimensons show in the product page/ pictures are false, the guage of the Metal unit is much thinner than the pictures,

I would not recommended for people over 200 Lbs.

WEBSITE Product page says : Maximum weight recommendation 272.16 Kilograms or +600 LBS .

Page needs to be corrected.

Robert J.Robert J.: All the pieces arrived in a box with the required tools and instructions. Set up was a little complicated for me since there’s so many types of screws, bolts, washers, etc but if I can do it I’d say anyone can. There’s some padding in the middle of the pull-up bar which I found helpful since I don’t use gloves most of the time. However the outer handles of the bar and the handles for dips don’t have the padding which sucks, they have a harder material that isn’t really for comfort but for grip. The height adjustment is great and makes it a lot easier to move without taking it apart. I’m 5’10 and I’m able to fully extend my arms when I grab the bar. Nothing special but it’s sturdy, tall, and I got it for just $80.

Bigfootgam: Portability... it cooperates with your environment, it is short but i am 6'0, and i perfectly do pull ups and chins and dips on it, learn to control.

Unlike the gym it is a tower and can lean if not installed properly, keep screws tight especially, if there were weights holding down the station, like sand, it feel more comfortable.

Damage? None, looking good and stable

Performance is great, i wish the wide grip were wider but it works perfectly, it is responsive and best worked with gloves.

All in all... great budget station and if not the best. You can take and reinstall anywhere and the tools they give are very efficient and precise.

Kistler: Not as heavy as I thought it would be so just watch where you are on it. Not for use with TRX bands if you want to do ring rows. But it’s great for the money!

Thomas: It’s good that you can adjust the height, I put mine to the max height as possible so my feet don’t touch the floor I’m about (180cm) had this for about 9 months I use it 4-5 times (30-40pull ups each day) a week and it’s held up although I’m about 145lbs. Got it for $99.99 . The only thing I don’t like about it is that it feels and looks like it’s bending side to side because it’s thin metal , only when doing pull ups , hopefully it won’t collapse but I’ll update this review if it warps or snaps

Amazon Customer: Pretty good for the price. At $90 it was well worth the investment. A little tricky to assemble and the photos in the manual were a little unclear, but nothing you can't figure out by yourself in half an hour or so. It is a little short even at maximum extension for someone 6feet tall or more, but it works well and is sturdy enough. Good product
