LRSilence: I'm 6 ft and 225 lb. I'm able to use every intended aspect of this equipment comfortably and completely.

Assembly was very easy and using the equipment even easier. I wasn't sure about the dip component, I'm used to thicker metals and actual heavier equipment. This is working out just fine though.

It has a small footprint overall, which was the main reason I selected this item. In addition to the assisted lift feature with the 22 lb bands. They work very well.

I did a lot of research before purchasing.

This product is light and sturdy
And it's reasonably heavy

That means it's not overly heavy
The outer surface is also coated very well.

You can feel that a lot of research has been done to make it convenient for consumers to assemble.

I was very worried about assembling it, but it was very successful in just the first attempt.

J Popp: Pros - does everything I want to train and get better at pull-ups. Easy to use. I start my morning every day hanging to build my callouses and strength. Hanging alone decompresses the spine and feels great. The Bungie assistant helps a lot, I went from not being able to budge, to doing 3 pullups w the assistance and that's with 3 weeks of trying.
Con- Instructions are frustrating. Achievable but hang through it because the end product is good

Ok. The seller was very quick at replacing the damaged part, manufacturing problems can happen but they stood behind and provided an easy and fast solution, so that is certainly a plus and the equipment works just fine.
As far as the back/seat pad goes… the idea is good and i guess if you need the extra support it will work just fine. When we got it, we were thinking a member of the family would not use it at all while another one would benefit. We thought it could be used easily with both settings, and this is not the case as installing/removing is a bit of a hassle. So, i guess if you are going to use the same “layout” for all the users, it works just fine, but it is harder to have both configurations.

All in all, updated to 4 stars, not having 5 because the information was a bit misleading, but the product actually works really well and as intended.

Old review -

The pull/row bar came defective, the knob cannot hold it in place.
Also, the back/knee pad makes it impossible to use the machine if you don’t want to use the pad. Pull ups are impossible as you keep hitting it with even the slightest...

Adam T: I usually don't review things this soon after getting them, but in this case, my observations became apparent pretty fast.

To be clear, I have the model with the back and arm rests for leg raises, and with the neutral grip bars that extend out to the pull up bar from an additional bar. So not the assisted dip model, which I'm seeing in this same review section and should be its own listing.. not cool.. but anyway I digress...

Assembly was... entertaining i guess. The different bolts and tools are all blistered separately in a plastic enclosure that demands a sharp object to slice through the rather thick plastic compartments. I was cool with that, since it made it simple to keep each part separated until right when i need it. The instructions have their usual misspellings and wording issues that got missed during translation. I tried using exclusively the manual to assemble this, which took me about 3 hours and a lot of my own instincts. I really wish they could have labeled the sizes of the nuts and bolts directly on the casing, so I didn't have to keep flipping back and forth to the tool illustrations, often times I found myself just feeling it out for the right...
