A reader: I installed a 96" shelf and hanging rod between 2 closet walls. I normally prefer written instructions (which were included) but I watched the installation video then just followed along. The owner gives a lot of tips in the video that really helped. The only problem that I encountered was that the plastic drywall anchors were very easy to strip with a power drill - fortunately they supplied extras and I just hand screwed them in. The kit came with a magnetic level and the whole assembly, when I was done, was straight and level and installed by one person (though it would have been faster in places with a helper). I'm not really the DIY type and it took me about an hour. Some people complained about the price when looking at the components. I disagree -- the company came up with an adaptable system, one that is easy to assemble, has loads of videos and .pdfs online, and has a 7-day-a-week phone line. This is a lot more than typical cryptic instructions, an allen wrench, and instructions written by who knows that you typically get is some assembly required situations.

Cara Lucia: These shelving systems are awesome. I placed a TON of clothes on a long clothes rod/ shelf and the middle support (which is very sturdy) started to buckle, which causes the rod to fall out (after 4 years !). I needed to add two more supports due to my own excessive amount of clothing/weight I put on it. The company responded quickly to my questions about shipping and I got the two extra supports (center supports) which now make the rod perfectly stable. Perfect ! Excellent shelves, excellent customer service and support. (I ordered directly from the company which was very easy and responsive but I think other Amazon shoppers would like to buy them here.

J: Very sturdy. I needed some help installing it and it took the 2 of us one hour to put up. It was easy but took time to measure out exactly where to hang the brackets. I would order it again.

Amazon Customer: The EZ Shelf does not disappoint. We needed to add a row of closet shelving and after much research decided on the EZ Shelf. Between the online instruction videos, wonderful customer service, and quick install, this shelving unit is a no brainer. The expandability of the shelf is great and much sturdier (at least from our initial take) than wire shelving. Overall good product fit, and have even ordered another to fit our other closest!
