Ann Marie: I used this wonderful product on my countertops. After I put on the epoxy, I ended up with lots of air bubbles that popped and pitted even though I used a heat gun. The UTC covered all the imperfections and made it look so professional.
Yes it has a little texture, but most topcoats do. Most importantly the UTC left me with a durable "Hard as Nails" surface. I am absolutely Thrilled!!!

Brandie PittsBrandie Pitts: Love this finish. You DEFINITELY need to watch the stone coat videos and practice before using on a large oroject but it’s worth it . It’s easy once you’ve done a short practice . Glides on and you leave it . The finish is matte with a shine not gloss . My client LOVED IT . I also needed to sand it down and reapply it bc i didn’t get it on the first time and when i say it was not easy to get off , which attests to how scratch resistant it really is . AMAZING .

RachelRachel: Loved how easy it was to use we added some water to it as suggested from another website it was perfict. It has no texture but is not as glossy and only took a fraction of the product. It has been 3 weeks and holds up well.

DclarkDclark: The media could not be loaded. I spent hours to prep and poured an epoxy countertop from Stone Coat Countertops. The actual epoxy part was great. The UTC product was not as described. It was dull and dimpled in appearance. I called Stone Coat and the lady that answered the phone advised me that this is the way it is supposed to look and that they were working on changing the “verbiage” on packages and descriptions. I feel like this ruined my great pour. I now have to sand and scuff the countertop and reprep for another flood coat to restore it back to the beautiful shine. Essentially this doubled the cost of my project. It feels like they purposely up sold me so that I would have to re do the process.
